Although extremely accessible to the numerous local attractions, pubs, restaurants and shops, all properties enjoy an idyllic rural location set in 600 acres of farmland. The farm boasts many enterprises including a small pedigree herd of Red Devon cattle, salad crop production and an aquatic centre. Guests are always made welcome and are free to explore the farm and the surrounding area.

Bulbarrow Hill has recently been commemorated as one of the few worldwide areas of outstanding beauty; ranking alongside Beachy Head and the Grand Canyon.
<b>Local amenities offer shopping, pub meals, golf, fishing, horse riding, walking routes, cycling routes</b> etc. Local sightseeing includes <b>Sherborne Castle, Milton Abbas, Cerne Abbas (with its giant!), Shaftsbury and Wimborne. Verse House - is a stately 17th C manor house set in a
quarter acre walled garden. The accommodation is on three
levels sleeping 14.
Old Dairy House - was converted into a farmhouse giving a
spacious living area. The accommodation is on three
levels sleeping 8.
Each house has its own indoor heated pool plus a shared

| APPLETREES, Lyme Regis

Appletrees is a delightful Georgian Terraced Cottage, one of a picturesque row close to the Church and overlooking a quiet square. One of the best locations in Lyme; there is a choice of 2 totally different beaches - one famous for fossils, each only 2/3 mins. walk.
There are shops just "around the corner". The Cottage is furnished and equipped to the highest standard earning it an <b>English Tourism Council 4 Star Rating</b> and has a separate boathouse annexe which is ideal for teenagers or grandparents. Non-smokers preferred.
Lyme Regis is a lovely little town with something for everyone. Apart from the attractions of beach, harbour, pubs, cliff-top rambles and golf-course, the town itself is full of picturesque buildings and little alleyways. Close to "Appletrees" runs the river, on its way through the town. Here you will meet Lyme's other residents - ducks!
