Beautifully converted Victorian Coach House on peaceful farm. Well furnished and fully equipped it provides comfortable first-floor accommodation with wonderful views over unspoilt countryside.
Enjoy walks from the door on the numerous footpaths in the area or explore the farm which is a haven for wildlife where badgers, buzzards and roe deer are often seen. Private fly fishing is available on the farm from April-October (at cost).
The historic market town of Alton is just 5 miles away for golf and The Watercress Line Steam Railway, with Jane Austen's house at Chawton near by. London is 1 hour by train. <b>Excellent base for visiting Hampshire with Winchester, Portsmouth and the New Forest easily accessible.</b><p>

| FOORDS BARN, Broughton Sleeping up to 4 people
Foords Barn is the last building that remains on the site of an old village farmyard enclosed on three sides by well-preserved cob walls. The barn was used in the last century as a stable and a lot of the old features remain. The barn has recently been sympathetically converted into self-catering accommodation. The sitting room is simply furnished and features a wood burning stove, a billiard table and lime-washed cob walls with oak beams. Upstairs the large bedroom enjoys a fine view of Broughton Down, home to rare butterflies and bronze age tumuli. In the kitchen the fridge is always stocked with fresh eggs from the hens pecking around in the lovely garden outside.

| LITTLE THATCH COTTAGE, Burgate Sleeping up to 4 people
Burgate Farmhouse is a picturesque 15th century thatched property (Grade 2 Listed). It has 2 self- catering cottage wings.
The games barn is a wonderful retreat for rainy days (skittle alley, pool table, table tennis, dartboard and children's toys).
The half acre garden is mainly lawn and trees with summer house, garden furniture, swings, BBQ and ball game area.
Just 100 yards away is a lovely thatched pub - good food and atmosphere (children welcome).
The farmhouse is situated about half a mile north of Fordingbridge town centre, it is just a 5 minute drive from the edge of the New Forest and near the A338 Ringwood to Salisbury Road, making it an ideal central location for touring.

The Swallows Holiday Cottage is located in Cripplestyle on
the edge of the New Forest in Hampshire. Cripplestyle has
been designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
Situated between Fordingbridge and Cranborne, with narrow
lanes and bridleways, ideal for walking, cycling and bird-
watching. Also fishing is popular in the area due to
glorious Hampshire Avon and numerous lakes. The Swallows
is a newly built 2 bedroomed cottage, sympathetically
built to blend in with the rural setting. Set in over 1/2
acre of the owners ground which also contain a large pond.
Dogs are welcome at the discretion of the

The property is located in Pennington village just south of the heart of the New Forest and close to Lymington and Brockenhurst, you are ideally placed for easy access to the New Forest, South coast beaches and Isle of Wight.

'Harmony' was built fifteen years ago in the orchard of a country house. It is situated in the best residential area of the village and is located in a quiet tree-lined drive. The garden is completely private and secure with many flowering shrubs and trees and a patio outside the conservatory.
It is a spacious, secluded bungalow, five minutes walk along paths and through churchyard to the village green with many shops, PO and public transport. A further ten minutes walk brings you to the magnificent coastline with spectacular views of the Isle of Wight (just 1/2 hour ferry trip away). Five miles inland is the New Forest - watch out for ponies on the road! Laurel House is a fully refurbished Victorian Town House. It is situated in the centre of bustling Georgian quayside town. Lymington is renowned for it's sailing and Saturday open air market. Within walking distance from the house are a range of restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops and the pretty quay with private yachts and working fishing boats. Two local slipways are available for the launching of dinghies and powerboats.
The open walks in the New Forest are just 1 mile away. Exbury Gardens, with it's train ride through Rhododendrons Gardens and Beaulieu Palace, and the renowned motor museum, all are within 15 minutes drive. Horse-riding, golf, indoor swimming/sauna, rock climbing, track cycling and dry skiing are also available in the waterside areas. Bicycle hire is available within the town.

Captains House is a luxury Grade II Listed building overlooking the Waterfront Green, Hythe Pier and facing Southampton Water. The open walks of the New Forest are just a 5 minutes drive.
It is situated centrally within the conservation area of Old Hythe.
Hythe, where the Forest meet the sea, boasts of having the oldest working pier train in the world.
Its narrow gauge railway takes passengers to the pier head where the short trip is taken to Southampton.
The village, together with its mixture of Georgian, Victorian and modern architecture, has many shops and is fortunate to have a small Waitrose supermarket.

The Spinnaker is a modern three storey town house finished
to a high standard with a nautical theme. Located in
Hythe a lively village cushioned in between The New Forest
National Park and the solent shipping channel. The
village itself is 2 minutes walk away and has a range of
shops, pubs, cafes, tuesday market and ferry link to
Southampton with its lively nightlife, cinemas and
shopping centres all accessable by foot.
A 20 minute drive will take you to Lyminton and Lyndhurst
and a 50 minutes drive will take you to Bournemouths sandy
