Casterton Holiday Flats are two luxurious holiday flats situated above the privately owned golf clubhouse at Casterton, Nr Kirkby Lonsdale. They offer superb self catering accommodation for holidaying in and around the English Lake District, the Yorkshire Dales or North Lancashire.
Each flat comprises of a large lounge, complete with kitchen and dining area, one double bedroom and well appointed bathroom with both bath and shower. The lounge has a double sofa bed and one flat also has a single bed chair. There is a television and during opening hours access to a public telephone in the golf clubhouse. The well equipped kitchen area has a kettle, toaster, microwave, gas hob and fridge. The flats are furnished to a high standard with gas central heating and electricity included in the price. Towels and bedlinen are also provided.
The flats have panoramic views overlooking the historic market town of Kirkby Lonsdale and are within easy reach of the Lake District, Yorkshire Dales and North Lancashire, Blackpool and Morecambe. They are ideally situated for walking, golfing and generally relaxing in this peaceful area. Jennywell Hall is an 18th Century Grade II listed building situated in the picturesque Lyvennet Valley leading into the Eden Valley.
North Wing Cottage is a separate completely self-contained cottage occupying the northern portion of the main house.
