Four well furnished period cottages with adjoining gardens, in the small hamlet of Harrop Fold. Situated in a recognised Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Harrop Fold is the ideal location from which to visit the Yorkshire Dales, the Lake District, West Coast Resorts, the Ribble Valley and the Forest of Bowland.
Bradley House sleeps 4 and features a relaxing sitting room with exposed beams and a grandfather clock.
The Old Granary features an external staircase reaching first floor accommodation, containing lounge with good views and a fitted kitchen with breakfast bar.
One small well-behaved pet is welcomed in The Old Granary and Bradley House. £25 extra charge paid directly to the owner.
Manor House Cottage is a 17th Century Grade II listed property. It sleeps 2 and has a large beamed lounge with coal effect oil fire.

| CULDENE, Warton Sleeping up to 2 people
This holiday ground floor apartment is delightfully situated on our smallholding where chickens roam freely at the foot of Warton Crag which is an AONB. Just a walk up the field to see splendid panoramic views over Morecambe Bay and the Yorkshire Dales. Many lovely rambles including Leighton Moss RSPB just 2 miles. Within a 30 minute drive from the Lake District, Lake Windermere, Kendal, Ingleton Caves and Waterfalls, Morecambe, the historical city of Lancaster and the Three Peaks.
Situated in the village is Washington House reputed to be lived in by the ancestors of George Washington also Warton Priory. Stock car racing takes place in the village monthly.

The three cottage apartments share a sunny lawn and patio with outdoor hot tub. There is also access (shared with caravan owners) to our leisure suite which has exercise equipment, sauna and Jacuzzi. A laundry and small shop cater for your needs. A short stroll takes you to the village centre with pub, tea rooms, post office and more. The charming Victorian sea side town of Southport is just 10 minutes away for quality shopping and dining out. | THE DAIRY, Burscough Sleeping up to 4 people
These are three charming and award winning cottages converted from farm buildings. They are set on Martin Lane Farm near to the Leeds-Liverpool Canal. Located in the fertile and attractive West Lancashire countryside the cottages provide a base to explore Southport, Blackpool, Preston, Liverpool, Manchester, the Lake District and the North Wales coastal resorts, which are all easily accessible from the farm. The nearby market town of Ormskirk, which has a twice weekly street market, is only 4 miles away.
Many original features have been preserved in the development of the cottages and they share a large garden with a play area for children and barbecue facilities.
For the wildlife enthusiast, there is the Wildfowl amd Wetlands Centre at Martin Mere (2 miles) and for the sportsman, there is golf, fishing, windsurfing, squash, badminton, and swimming, all available locally.

| MANOR COTTAGE, Churchtown Sleeping up to 4 people
The accommodation which adjoins the main cottage to the side is accessed through a new conservatory style porch entrance and has its own driveway. Although the accommodation can accommodate 4 people (2 adults 2 children) it is ideal for 2 as the shower room is only accessible through the bedroom. The cottage is located in the centre of the lovely olde world village of Churchtown with shops, restaurants, pubs and the picturesque botanical gardens all within 150 yards.
<b>Southport</b> which has been known as the <b>'Paris of the North', with its famous shops, restaurants, boulevards and beaches and the world famous Lord Street and popular August Flower Show</b> are just 1 1/2 miles away, with a local bus service on the doorstep.
With its championship golf courses and the Martin Mere Wildfowl Nature Reserve close by, this is an ideal location for a perfect holiday.
