The Hotel-Residence Les Maisons du Lac is composed of houses spread throughout the estate. Situated in Moncoutant, at the heart of Deux Sèvres, in a protected natural environment, between forest and hedge and tree-enclosed bocage farmland, Pescalis provides more than a hundred hectares of specialist pools. Close to major places of interest to tourists such as Puy du Fou (35 minutes), the Poitiers Futuroscope (1 hour), the Marais Poitevin marshes (40 minutes), La Rochelle (1 1/2 hours) and the Chateaux of the Loire (2 hours), the international fishing centre enables visitors to combine passion for fishing with a desire to discover Frances heritage.
A studio apartment to accommodate 2 people (20 m²) situated upstairs in the house.
Available for your use: 7 to 10 m² room for fishing (1 for 2 houses) with washbasin, worktop, 1 small refrigerator.

| LAVEAU, FONTAINE GUERIN

Situated between Angers and Saumur, in the Loire Valley, this is the ideal base for exploring all the famous chateaux and vineyards of the area.
The cottage (50m2) nestles on its own plateau with breathtaking views across the river valley. Lake with sandy beach 3 km . To the rear is a large courtyard, overlooked by a small forest with a labyrinth of caves beneath. At the side there is a large mowed lawn with flower gardens, fruit trees and a bench for relaxing, and absorbing the view or watching the majestic sunsets.
The area is extremely tranquil with many rare birds.
The area is ideal for cyclists and walkers or those who just want to sit and dream over a glass of beautiful Anjou wine. Save some of your wine to drink in the fantastic sunsets!!
Double bed is Kingsize bed therefore an extra large coverlet is necessary.

The cottage sits on a plateau, with superb views on three sides, overlooking the countryside. There is a small pine forest, dating back to Napoleonic times, at the rear of the rose garden behind the cottage.
Historic caves with evidence of troglodyte habitation and a 15th century forge are all in a hectare of land which surrounds the house.
There are many chateaux and vineyards within half an hour and there are 3-18 hole golf courses within 30 minutes (nearest is 10 minutes)The area is extremely tranquil with many rare birds. It is an ideal area for cyclists and walkers or those who just want to sit and dream over a glass of beautiful wine.

(34 m2). The house is situated in a nice rural environment with perfect walking possibilities.
The house is an perfect starting point for making excursions to the castles
of Angers, Chinon and Saumur for example. The coast is at a distance at about 1 hour and the Loire at 10km.
In the neighborhood are also pleasant terraces to visit.

Château des Forges is situated in the Department of Deux-Sèvres (79), 25 minutes (by car) to the west of Poitiers. The commune of Forges is situated one hour by road from La Rochelle (Atlantic Ocean), 1h30 by road to the north of the Bordeaux wine growing region and one hour by road to the south of the Loire Valley. Forges (Gâtine region) is a pastoral region (green and undulating) famous for its goats cheese, foie gras and Parthenais beef. \"Secret Poitous\" paths just lend themselves to walking and bike rides. Les Forges is in the immediate proximity of one of Europes most beautiful golf courses, in a region full of places of interest: Vasles (Mouton-Village eco-museum); Sanxay (Gallo-Roman site), Ménigoute (Annual Animal Festival), Coutières (Sensory garden), Le Château de Curzay (Michelin Guide 1 star restaurant, Horse riding).
