A pleasant and extremely comfortable villa, in a remarkable location on a peninsula: the beach in front of the villa and the port behind it. There are a number of footpaths and cycle tracks that can be used, amongst other things, to visit the “Marais Salans” marshes with their innumerable birds.
The owners sometimes stay in a wing of the villa but ensure that your privacy is respected.

Spread out on a 2. 5 ha. large parcel are 32 spacious new villas situated. The villa L (FR-44380-01) and XL (FR-44380-02) are connected to each other by the garage, while the villa XXL (FR-44380-03) is detached. The parcel lies at 350 m. from the beach. Many different activities and excursions are possible in the environment. How about a golf course, thalasso, sailing on the lake, horseback riding or a visit to the Ocean museum? You can also rent bicycles. These will be delivered to the parcel. The interior is luxurious and modern. The spacious living room has a fire place, where you can light a cosy fire. From the living room you will enter the terrace with garden furniture and a 300 m² large garden. Depending on the weather conditions one can also go to the heated swimming pool.

Chateau de la Coutancière is a charming castle dating from the beginning of the 19th century. It is located in the heart of the Loire valley and offers stylish accommodation for groups of up to 20 persons. The 11 ha. park offers various facilities, like jeu de boules, an outdoor kitchen and a garden chess board. You can relax heavenly in the wood stoked hot tub.
The Chateau has 10 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms! All bedrooms have their own warm character and are stylishly furnished. The twin beds ensure that the composition of the beds can be arranged to the specific requirements of your group. Fully furnished and decorated with antiques, the castle exudes a special and cosy atmosphere. The traditional gentlemen\'s room and the hunting room create the ideal atmosphere to relax in style. The castle also has another three salons, amongst which a TV salon with satellite. The castle kitchen is professionally equipped. And the icing on the cake is cooking on the 8-fire Boretti stove.
