the holiday-park includes : 20 identical chalets (32 m2 + terrace 15 m2) (open view), this house is equiped for handicapped, an indoor heated swimming-pool (14 x 5 m), a bar-restaurant, a mini-golf, and a reception-desk.
Pets allowed if kept on a leash inside the residential area, provided that no nuisance is caused to the other guests.

| LA MELINIERE GITES, Challain la Potherie, Maine et Loire

La Mélinière is surrounded by beautiful, unspoilt countryside in the Loire Valley, just north of the River Loire. There are local Chateaux, magnificent churches and many grand old buildings for those who with an eye for classical architecture to visit and enjoy.
Most towns are lively and colorful with outdoor markets at least once every week, where you can buy fresh local produce, immerse yourselves in the real sights and sounds of rural France and have a coffee at the pavement cafes.
If you fancy a day on the beach, La Baule can easily be reached in just over and hour, or there is a man-made beach at a local reservoir about 30 minutes away with supervised bathing in high season.
Gite 1 (sleeps 6 people + 2-3 infants) has a large open plan area on the ground floor with lounge/diner and fully equipped kitchen with microwave, full oven, fridge and dishwasher. The lounge has widescreen TV (French channels only) and DVD player. There is also an open fireplace and central heating for winter lets.
Upstairs are three bedrooms: two double bedrooms each with an extra single bed, (one bedroom has toilet & washbasin en-suite,) and a twin bedroom.

Perhaps you would prefer fishing in one of the neighbouring lakes, one of which has a small fine sandy beach. There are a number of footpaths and cycle tracks that can be used, amongst other things, to visit the Marais Salans marshes with their innumerable birds.

Fruisje is an attractive, spacious holiday home in a quiet residential area. It is within walking distance of a small village. There is an extensive wood nearby. You\'ll find an excellent restaurant around two kilometres away on the banks of the River Gartempe. You can rent kayaks, swim, picnic and visit a children\'s farm by the river. There is a riding school a few kilometres away. The holiday home is 350 kilometres from Paris and 700 kilometres from Brussels. The small town of Montmorillon with its beautiful old town centre is twelve kilometres away. Pontiers is sixty kilometres away and Limoges, famous for its china, is seventy kilometres. Le Blanc, Lussac-les-Chateaux and Chauvigny are all nearer by and have much to offer.
