If it is an extremely pleasant holiday in a charming environment that you want, then this is the house for you. The atmosphere is exotic. An authentic Provence village. There is an 18-hole golf course nearby.

The surroundings are very pleasant and quiet with a well-maintained terraced garden and an overflow swimming pool. The usual shops and restaurants are 1 km away, the centre of Nice and the seafront are 10 minutes by car.

It stands above the Durance valley overlooking a landscape of small valleys and gentle mountain slopes. Sisteron is 20 km away, there are shops and restaurants within an 8 km radius, walks and bike rides start at the house and the ski slopes are only an hour away by car.

1 km from a village, a house (130 m2) with a superb swimming pool and only 30 km from the beaches. Aix-en-Provence, its old quarter and above all its flower markets on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays should not be missed. To do: a trip to St. Victoire Mountain (more than just a mountain, its the symbol of Provence) via Picassos tomb at Vauvenargues chateau.
Depending on the direction of the wind there is some traffic noise, especially in the morning and in the late afternoon. A studio apartment adjoining the house is rented all year (the occupant is absent during the day).
An extremely comfortable house with a summer kitchen (pizza oven), perfect for a multi-family holiday.

Situated in a quiet little hamlet of just a few dwellings, it offers you the opportunity of a relaxing holiday. The terraces and the whole swimming pool side are not overlooked, allowing you to take full advantage of the sunshine.

At the end of a gravel road, you will come across this massive, newly-built house (300 m2), in the heart of the Crau countryside, surrounded by cypress hedges. You will appreciate the space, both inside and out. Starting with the paved courtyard with accommodation for several cars, the large lawn to the south and west, the immense pool house which is a house in itself with a bar, kitchen, dining room, large fireplace, billiard table, shower, cloakroom and WC. You will love to spend most of your time here during the beautiful summer days and evenings, but also early and late in the season thanks to the protection provided by its great bay windows overlooking the pool terrace (protected by an alarm). There is still a great deal of well-proportioned space in the house itself: a superb dining room in which a huge fireplace takes pride of place, two lounges surrounding another fireplace, one with a piano. There is the option of sleeping two additional people in the mezzanine above the dining room.
Although well away from any other dwellings, you are five minutes from all the shops, 10 minutes from Arles and Baux de Provence (to see: Santons Museum) and 30 minutes from the beaches, bulls and pink flamingos of the Camargue. |  | | Click photos for details |  |

This beautiful property, in a superb setting in the middle of a large pine forest on the borders of Bouches de Rhone and Le Var, offers peace, intimacy, generous amounts of space and encompasses everything you could wish for, for the holiday of your dreams. Not overlooked, you are truly protected from all prying eyes. The very large swimming pool below the house, with its pool house equipped with a summer kitchen (there is even a dishwasher), completes the facilities. The very well-maintained house is of an excellent standard and well equipped and furnished. It offers generous amounts of space, including a large connecting room and a comfortable lounge with a fire, enjoying a magnificent view to the outside. A high level of services in a magnificent setting, complete peace and only eight kilometres from the sea and beaches of La Ciotat bay.
