The location is at the foot of the Mont Ventoux, between Vaison la Romaine and Carpentras, at the edge of the beautiful and typical Provencal town Malaucène. The property of 1100 m2 is somewhat special due to the 6 garden levels, which the splendid terraces offer, and panoramic views around the near and far surrounding. Ideal base for hikes and mountain bike trips and various tourist and cultural trips in the regions.
NB : due to the various garden levels this house is less suitable for people with limited mobility and children who is not being kept under supervision.

A Beautiful Provencal villa (200m2), in the town Bagnols and Forêt, in the hinterland of the Cote dAzur, built on a 2500m2 property, completely screened off.
This magnificent villa is recently built (2003), and is equip with a double swimming pool; a swimming pool with level bottom (4 x 8, depth 1,20m) and a swimming pool (4 x 8) with a diving board (depth 1,80 max.).
The surrounding is restful; there is completely no annoyance of noise. Bagnols and Forêt is an old village on a rocky spur, halfway between the connecting road, the coast of the Var and the other side of Fayence in the hinterland. From Bagnols, it is 15km drive to Fréjus and Saint Raphaël with direct entrance to the beaches. The Massif des Maures stretches to the west and to the east lays the Massif de l\'Estérel.
The Massif des Maures that lead to Hyères, is overgrown with pine trees, cork oaks and chestnut trees.
The area is visited often and offers beautiful hikes. The coastline along the foot of the massief stretches from St Aygulf to St Tropez and is an enumeration of renowned spas (Port Grimaud, Ste Maxime) but also of \'calanques\' (deep creeks with fickle bays), creeks and peaceful beaches, close to the Issambres.

The Le Hamac Holiday Home is on a hill above the town of Cavalaire-sur-Mer. The holiday home is suitable for eight people. You can enjoy delightful views of the Mediterranean and the Cap Lardier Peninsula from the luxury jacuzzi and terraces. And from most rooms. As the name of the home suggests, you can relax in comfortable hammocks here. The family seaside resort of Cavalaire-sur-Mer is by the Mediterranean Sea and has good views of the Cap Lardier Peninsula. There is a four kilometre long sandy beach and a marina with 1000 moorings. The inland area consists of wooded hills and is part of the unspoilt Massif des Maures National Park. Glamorous St. Tropez is 18 km away. The house was extended and renovated in 2008-2009.
From October till May you have to consider using the jacuzzi.

Exceptional seasonal let! Villa Sanary was designed by Sauzet-Gouzy consulting architects on the principle of a \"Natural Architecture\" that combines perception of the exterior world and an ideal arrangement of the living space inside the building.
Thus, the inside functions in osmosis with the outside. The walls give way to wide windows opening onto the garden, thus making the most of the magnificent sea view. Recesses in the roof allow the outside world to penetrate into the heart of the house.
The living spaces are deployed in a fan shape: 4 bedrooms with a sea view (3 on the ground floor, one upstairs with a Tropezian terrace), a living room and kitchen where about twenty metres of window opening onto a terrace ensure a panoramic view of the bay and the port of Bandol.
The traffic areas are arranged in a succession of \"places\" where the functional is expressed in the form of aesthetical shapes: round walls, broken angles, sloping ceilings and different materials.
Through the quality of the building materials (Monomur brick walls, exposed metal framework, beech doors and cupboards) and the design of its furniture, the interior combines comfort and refined aestheticism.
