Holiday home is located in the region of Murcia in the Campo de Ricote (countryside), nestled in amongst the Sierra del Oro (Gold mountains) with breathtaking scenery. The friendly owners built two very comfortable holiday homes in their villa, one for up to 4 persons, the other one for 2 persons. The stylish holiday homes are fully equipped and internet connection is available. They have oil fired central heating installed for those chillier days and nights (usually only January and February). There are outdoor cooking/dinning facilities available. A welcome pack is included in the price!
The area is ideal for cycling mountain biking, bird watching, fishing, for artists, wine lovers or just to simply chill. Situated in two and a half acres of outstanding beauty-with an abundance of almond trees, a landscaped garden terrace/patio and swimming pool, you will feel totally relaxed from the minute you arrive. Ideally situated in heart of the countryside, but within easy reach of both San Javier (Murcia) and Alicante airports. You can also be at the beaches of the Costa Calida within 75 minutes. A new luxury villa with a private swimming pool on urbanization Mosa Trajectum in Murcia. From the terrace, you have a broad view over the mountains and the golf course of Mosa Trajectum. The beach is within 38km, so that you can enjoy the hinterland as well as the Costa Calida. Rest, sun, sea and sports are the ingredients, which can describe a holiday at Mosa Trajectum.
Due to the clear light, the Province of Murcia is regarded as the cleanest province of Europe. Industry is scarce in contrast to the free nature. The mass tourism has not discovered the student town Murcia; a kind of typical Spanish atmosphere still reigns here. There is much to do; it is a clean town with a good outdoor life and wonderful restaurants.

The Murcia region offers countless possibilities, with the provinces Alicante and Valencia in the north and Almeria and Granada in the west. In the nature area against the range of hills, you can horse ride, cycle, and hike and play golf on the beautiful 27 holes golf course on Mosa Trajectum. Other places of interest are diverse markets and wine tasting in the region, traditional fiesta\'s (Semana Santa, Moros y Christianos), theme parks (Terra Mítica) and the cities Murcia, Elche and Alicante. In the Sierra Nevada you can even ski and make a daytrip to the old Granada, which is recommended.
