lovely unspoilt natural riverside village. Walking distance
to shop and pub, we are situated in the Broads National
Park with beaches, fishing, walking, boating and swimming
all within easy reach. Norwich and Great Yarmouth with
extensive facilities and attractions are 20 minutes drive
away. Both adjoining properties have their own enclosed
garden with parking and separate riverside moorings for

| THE PORTER'S LODGE, Loddon

2 Cottages - The cottages are set in the undulating wooded countryside of South Norfolk. There are many reasons why visitors enjoy staying here, not least of which is the peace and quiet of the countryside here-abouts although there have been comments about the volume of the 'dawn chorus' in the Spring!
The lanes that lead here go nowhere else, but Hales Hall is at the hub of interesting places to visit. Three small riverside market towns Loddon, Beccles and Bungay are all within a few miles - where you can hire boats, go fishing, play golf or just rummage around the antique shops. Historic houses, gardens and specialist nurseries abound. Those with a taste for the sea have a wide choice, all within half an hour or so. And delightful small fishing villages such as Orford or Aldeburgh where art galleries abound.

| COURTYARD COTTAGE, Thornham

Situated in the heart of northwest Norfolk’s premiere conservation coastal village of Thornham is Courtyard Cottage
It is single storey and attached to the attractive residence of the owner offering superb quality and character. The property is within walled garden and with its own courtyard, which adds to the peaceful mellow atmosphere.
A short walk to the harbour takes you to the salt marshes, sandy beach and sea. Bird watchers are ideally situated in Thornham, as the village adjoins two bird reserves RSPB Tichwell and NNT Holme-Next-Sea. Ramblers have the choice of either walking the Coastal Footpath or joining the Peddars Way.
Village amenities include good country inns and post office/ stores.
Nearby, the Seahenge, an ancient wooden circle which has been the subject of one of the many Channel 4 Time Team archaeology programs filmed at local ancient sites.
Further attractions are sailing, golf and historical houses, including Sandringham House.

Cottages - Our four properties are set in a quiet relaxing, unspoilt Norfolk village two miles inland from Sheringham and the coast and four miles from Holt.
A range of accommodation is provided from a former farm workers cottage, to a newly converted single storey former stables., to a new luxury barn conversion. Two of the properties have no steps and are entirely on the ground floor
There are two good local pubs, many good restaurants and a village shop nearby. Close by are the National Trust properties of Felbrigg, Sheringham Park and Blickling Hall. There is a covered 6 lane bowling rink, together with indoor heated swimming pool and gym. Excellent for walking with four miles of permissive footpaths which commence almost from the door step.
The cottages are fully equipped and range from 2 star to 4 star reflecting the level of accommodation.
There is space for a caravan with electric hook up.

The chalet is situated in a secluded, south facing corner position on a quiet development in Mundesley. It is within easy walking distance of the beach and village centre where there are shops, cafes and a post office. The chalet has recently been redecorated and refurbished.
Mundesley’s safe sandy beaches make it a perfect choice for a traditional family holiday. There are cafes, pubs, and various activities available within a few minutes walk.
Further afield there are many places of interest from the historic city of Norwich to the stately homes of Felbrigg and Blickling.
For the younger generation, plenty of entertainment is available at Gt.Yarmouth and Cromer.

Nearby are Holkham with its famous wide sandy bay and Blakeney where you can take a boat trip to Blakeney Point to see the seals.
Walkers will enjoy the coastal path. The views are fantastic and you are never far from a traditional Norfolk pub for refreshments. Large or small sections can be walked returning to Wells on the Coast Hopper bus.

Charming accommodation in a peaceful setting. Little London is a tiny hamlet of around twenty houses and cottages nestling in the North Norfolk countryside. <b>Six miles from the pretty market town of Holt</b>, and fourteen miles from Norwich this is an area attractive to those who seek a quiet holiday away from the crowds.
The river Bure (in its early stage) runs through the hamlet and all around are lovely views, walks and attractive villages. The unspoilt village of Heydon, used in the making of many films including "The Go Between" is 2 miles, The National Trust Bickling Hall is 5 miles and for those seaside days out the coast is around twelve miles away. There is a shop in the nearby village of Corpusty (half a mile) as well as a pub. There are several good eating out pubs/restaurants in the locality.
