Henley House is a traditional, Norfolk flint, fishermans cottage situated in Sheringham, Norfolk, 100 yards from the sea and the west slipway. It was recently renovated for the family, but retains many original and charming features. With three bedrooms to sleep up to six people, Henley House is available to rent throughout the year.
Downstairs consists of an entrance hall, a front sitting room, twin bedroom, bathroom, toilet and basin, a fully fitted modern kitchen leading into a spacious family dining and sitting area incorporating the sun room, which has a door to the garden. Upstairs there are two double bedded bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, toilet and basin. The lovely garden is enclosed with a lawn, shrubs and flowers with a gate leading into the passageway which leads to nearby Sheringham High Street. To the side of Henley House is a driveway providing parking for two cars.
Sheringham is a town steeped in history, from a small fishing village in Victorian times, it is now a popular residential haven and popular holiday resort as it has some of the best sandy beaches in East Anglia. Once forming part of the historic Gunton Hall Estate, the grounds of Nursery Farm include eight acres of woodland that visitors are free to explore. Each cottage has its own terraced garden area, perfect for relaxing on a warm summer evening.
This delightful corner of rural Norfolk is only five miles from the traditional seaside town of Cromer, famous for its delicious crabs and the end of the pier shows. Also within easy reach are the Norfolk Broads, the fascinating network of waterways where day boats are available for hire.
The five cottages have been converted from farm buildings standing in the grounds of the owners' Grade II listed farmhouse. All are centrally heated, and have been decorated and equipped to a high standard, including include beamed and vaulted ceilings with wooden floors and rugs in the living areas. Lakeside is situated 12 miles from the historic cathedral city of Norwich and only a 40 minute drive from the North Norfolk coast and is set in 65 acres of Norfolk countryside, including 4 fishing lakes and a mile stretch of the River Wensum. In the village of Lenwade, only a 5 minute drive away, there is plenty for the whole family to do, from going on a Jurassic safari at the dinosaur park to seeing wildcats at the local wildlife centre to playing golf. Further a field, there are Gastro pubs, the Norfolk Broads (25 miles away) and shopping in one of Norwich’s two shopping Malls or indeed exploring medieval Norwich by visiting the 11th Century cathedral or 10th Century castle.
These purpose built holiday homes can accommodate up to 4 or 6 people and are fully furnished with Hot Tubs and Freeview in every apartment. There are a mixture of 2 and 3 bed apartments with first floor and ground floor availability.
On site, there is a restaurant, snooker room, 8 rink indoor bowling green, pool table, bar and other amusements. In the local village of Lyng there is a post office shop and pub. The market town of Dereham is a 15-20 minute drive with supermarkets and a cinema.

Overlooking Brancaster harbour and Scolts Head Island, this delightfully furnished cottage enjoys one of the most spectacular views along the North Norfolk coast. The area is well renowned for its beautiful beaches, coastline, wildlife and excellent Links golf courses at Brancaster or Hunstanton. The choice of places to wine and dine is plentiful, and within walking distance of the cottage are the Jolly Sailor pub offering excellent pub food, and the White Horse, which enjoys a fantastic reputation for its fabulous cuisine.
The cottage is set in a garden of 1 acre, with direct access to the marsh and plenty of off-road parking as well as room for a boat. With full central heating, the cottage has been recently refurbished to a high standard and is very well-equipped, including dishwasher, washing machine, hifi, TV and video. Swifts Cottage is located in the pretty village of Syderstone, approximately 6 miles from Burnham Market, and 10 miles from Wells-Next-The-Sea, on the North Norfolk Coast. In a rural location, it is set in gardens extending to 1/3 acre, which include BBQ and garden furniture.
The cottage is approximately 150 years old, and has been tastefully refurbished to include modern facilities, whilst retaining character features such as exposed beams etc. It has a large through lounge with wood burning stove, 32in Widescreen LCD TV, Freeview satellite

These two high quality barn conversions have views over open farmland and are just a short stroll to the long distance footpath "Weavers Way". North Walsham is about 3 miles for shopping and new public swimming pool and gym. There are wide sandy beaches at Mundesley or Happisburgh and Waxham, all little more than 6/7 miles away. The Broads for boat hire and fishing are within easy reach, as are a number of Stately Homes and National Trust properties.
Both barns have been converted to a very high standard and are extremely well equipped, with dishwashers, microwaves, washing machines etc. Weavers is wheelchair accessible throughout, whilst Mardlers has been designed to enable wheelchair access to all ground floor rooms. One well-behaved pet is welcome by prior arrangement in either property. For larger groups both barns can be rented together to sleep up to 16. Few properties boast such an idyllic holiday location as Tidal Shore. The house is situated on the harbour side of Brancaster Staithe, with a rear garden which leads you directly down to the marshes and coastal path. Idealy suited for both couples and families, the house is arranged over three floors. Spacious enough to accomodate larger parties yet well planned, giving the property an intimate and relaxed atmosphere for couples or smaller groups.
The spacious lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen, situated on the first floor, give spectacular views across the sea. A log burner and comfortable sofas allow you to relax as you watch the tide ebb and flow or open up the French doors and step out onto the balcony for a closer look.
On the top floor there are two bedrooms, again with fantastic views, one with a superking bed and the other with two singles, and a shower room.
