Thyme cottage is positioned on the outskirts of the pretty
Broadland village of Filby, famous for winning the Village In Bloom competition many times.
The cottage has full central heating as well as an open fire in the lounge.
It provides spacious accommodation, tastefully furnished to a high standard. There is a four poster bed in the main bedroom and a double bed with single bunk over in the second bedroom. The garden is enclosed by natural hedges and is surrounded by feilds.
Upto 2 dogs welcome.

The Den is a delightful new cottage on the Norfolk/Suffolk border.
Comfortable and well furnished, it has a private enclosed garden with outdoor furniture and a garage and parking space.
Diss is an attractive small market town built around the large mere; Gaze's hold antique auctions every Friday, which is also market day.
Banham Zoo is nearby, as are several ancient villages and small market towns. Norwich and Bury St Edmunds are about a half-hour's drive, and the broads and coastal towns about an hour.

Cottages - Our four properties are set in a quiet relaxing, unspoilt Norfolk village two miles inland from Sheringham and the coast and four miles from Holt.
A range of accommodation is provided from a former farm workers cottage, to a newly converted single storey former stables., to a new luxury barn conversion. Two of the properties have no steps and are entirely on the ground floor
There are two good local pubs, many good restaurants and a village shop nearby. Close by are the National Trust properties of Felbrigg, Sheringham Park and Blickling Hall. There is a covered 6 lane bowling rink, together with indoor heated swimming pool and gym. Excellent for walking with four miles of permissive footpaths which commence almost from the door step.
The cottages are fully equipped and range from 2 star to 4 star reflecting the level of accommodation.
There is space for a caravan with electric hook up.

| WEAVERS COTTAGE, Thursford

Weavers Cottage was originally converted from a C17th weaving barn. It can provide a perfect base for a Norfolk beach holiday and a tranquil home to sample the local countryside. The cottage has exposed beams, a large garden and can sleep 6 plus. Ours is the end cottage in a row of four.
Relax in the garden, have a bar-b-que, go for a cycle ride or explore on foot. The Thursford Collection is within walking distance (traction engine and steam organ museum). The quiet country road is about 200m from the Cottage so the area is ideal for letting the children roam free.
<B>THE SEA: - Holkham Beach (8 miles) - Best beach in the world. Wells Next The Sea (6 miles)- Golden sand, beach shop. -Blakney (7 miles)- Salt marshes, mud flats, and safe water(Crab lines provided.)</b> Good pubs.

| BLUEBELL COTTAGE, Wells Next The Sea

Bluebell cottage was our home for nearly ten years during
which time we have renovated it to a very high standard,
which ensures that it has a real home from home feeling.
The cottage comfortably sleeps up to six people in its
three well proportioned bedrooms.Downstairs the
lounge, with woodpanelled walls and beamed ceiling and
the family sized kitchen both, feature woodburning stoves for
cosy winter stays although the property also has electric
heating throughout.
<p>The rear courtyard garden enjoys both midday and evening
sunshine and there is a separate range of buildings
housing utility room, toilet and even a dog kennel.
<b>The house is situated away from the hustle of the Quay but
within 5 minutes easy walk of shops, pubs and restaurants.</b>

The Old Chapel was built over 100 years ago and has been converted into a 3 bedroom accommodation.
The property is detached with a rear patio garden.
It is located in the small village of Foxley which lies between Norwich and Fakenham and is an ideal location for touring Norfolk.
On the edge of the village is <b>Foxley wood,</b> a five minute walk, which is the largest ancient woodland in Norfolk.
There is a pub and a well stocked village store in Bawdeswell nearby, <b>Fakenham</b> with its auctions and market, is 9 miles away. <b>Wells next the sea, Blakeney Point, Burnham Market, Holkham</b> are a 20 minute drive away as well as the Broads and Sandringham

This charismatic and beautiful 18th century beamed cottage is situated in a superb rural area in a quiet country lane and nearby fields. With many original features it sits in its own 1/3 of an acre landscaped garden with two covered ponds and small orchard.
Although located in a tranquil setting it is a short drive from the bustling town of Diss with its many shops, cafes, restaurants and golf course. Steeped in history this former market town is characterised by its many period buildings ranging from a 14th century tower at St Mary's church, Georgian architecture and a picturesque 6 acre Mere Lake with fish in abundance. Diss is also visited for its distinguished auction rooms, ideal for antique and bric-a-brac bargain hunters.
Centrally located, the cottage is within easy reach to historic Bury St Edmunds with its abbey ruins and cobble stoned shopping area. In the other direction you will find Norwich city cathedral and castle where you can enjoy a leisurely walk around the ancient walls. This grade 2 listed property has been completely renovated in the summer of 2007 to provide very high quality accommodation for up to six people, although access to the 2nd floor twin bedded room is by a narrow "unique" staircase which is unsuitable for very young children and the elderly.
The beamed lounge features a large fireplace with woodburner for cold winter nights although the property has full gas central heating, whilst the well equipped kitchen with its handcrafted units looks out onto a fully enclosed, private south facing garden complete with garden furniture and barbeque.
