The location is in a coastal area on the peninsula Cotentin, within 50 m from the beautiful beach of \'St Germain sur Ay\'. Recommended: visit to the manoirs, that are lovely houses with stone roofs and along the \'allied beaches\'..

The mobile homes are set on green places on somewhat sloping grounds. You can choose between 3 different types of mobile home: a 5-pers. recently placed version with direct sea view (FR-14640-03), a 4-pers. recently placed version with sea-view from the side (FR-14640-06), or a 4-pers. older version without sea view (FR-14640-05). All mobile homes are well kept and have a terrace with garden furniture.

This detached, recently renovated holiday home is well equipped and comfortably furnished. The home is around 110m2 and has a delightful 2500m2 enclosed garden. The holiday home is in the small village of Saint Germain du Pert and surrounded by the attractive Normandy countryside. The village is in western Normandy in the heart of the beautiful Cotentin Nature Reserve. Isigny sur Mer is only 5 km away and is famous for its cheese and butter. The traditional fishing village of Grandchamp is not far and is well worth a visit. The historic sites of the D-Day landings, such as Omaha Beach, are only 15 km away. A visit to Bayeux near Caen, the city of William the Conqueror, will be the cherry on the cake. An extremely beautiful region and an ideal location to take advantage of the seaside and visit Mont Saint Michel 20 km away and Granville, a small port town with a casino, a museum devoted to the famous courturier Christian Dior, the gardens of his birth place, the old town and the departure point for the Channel Islands.

This region is known for river and sea fishing. It also has an amusement park, botanical gardens and historic cities.
