A majestic castle from 1864 is here, towering above the area and waiting just for you. Your apartment is in the east tower, in the courtyard located to the left of the castle.
The swimming pool (12 x 6) and the pleasant garden area, sheltered behind a small wall, are located behind the Oranjerie (the winter garden). There is also a tennis court and a pigeon house in their original condition on the estate. Beautiful English gardens with many small paths offer you nice walks and discoveries. The 14th district offers a number of activities. It lends itself well to strolling, with in particular its charming shopping street, the famous Rue Daguerre. Above all you mustn\'t forget to climb the 56 floors of the famous Montparnasse Tower using the fastest lift in Europe (38s), in order to enjoy the most beautiful view of Paris.
The capital\'s quality public transport system will provide you with easy access to its essential monuments: the Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe, the Panthéon, etc.

The apartment has a private swimming pool (heated, lightened by coloured neon-lights) in the basement. The atmosphere of this pool under the vaults is just fantastic! The pool is shared with the owner.
A computer and a WIFI internet connection are available for free in the flat.
Above the \"Marais\" district, in a private passage, very quiet, the apartment is ideally situated right in the heart of Paris, 200 metres from Beaubourg (Georges Pompidou centre), 400 metres from Notre Dame de Paris, 400 metres from the Louvre museum, 200 metres from the theatre district ...
Close to all the shops, world or traditional restaurants, pharmacies, etc. It\'s the ideal spot for spending some time with friends, sharing a few relaxing moments and exploring the historic centre of Paris, on foot!
