This attractive apartment in Argeles sur Mer is only 100 m from the beach. Argeles sur Mer is at the foot of the Pyrenees in the Languedoc-Roussillon area. The area is sometimes called ‘French Catalan’. The apartment is on the first floor. It has 3 rooms and is equipped with all facilities. The apartment is simply furnished, comfortable and in an excellent position. The wide sandy beach is only 100 m away. You’ll find stalls selling vegetables, fruit and wine there. The attractive centre of Argeles with its pavement cafes and evening market is only 1 km away. There is a local art market from June until September. There is also has a charming boulevard and a casino.
The surrounding area offers many interesting places to visit. Spain and Andorra are 20 km away. Carcassonne, old Perpignan, the royal city of Narbonne, Banuyls and the wine city of Beziers are within easy reach.

From the cosy terrace you will enjoy magnificent views on the mountains. Endless walking paths border on the domain, and lead you through varied landscapes with their flora and fauna. At the entrance of the domain you will also find the magnificent Gorges de la Frau with its deep clefts and spectacular views. Many sports activities are possible in the region. For families with children there is a child-friendly garden where they can play to their heart\'s content.

The holiday homes are attached in small groups. The 2 to 4 persons holiday home (FR-30420-03) has a mezzanine. There are 6 persons homes (FR-30420-04) and 6 persons ‘Confort’ type homes (FR-30420-05). The ‘Confort’ homes are bigger and have two terraces with garden furniture. The other models have one terrace with garden furniture. This is a beautiful area for an enjoyable holiday and for enjoying French culture.

On the banks of the river Cèze, close to the Cévennes National Park, this small 50 m² cottage adjoining the owners house is equipped to accommodate 4 people. 900 m from the centre of St. Ambroix, this cottage is a haven of tranquillity in the midst of the countryside.
There is a covered swimming pool (11x5m), shared with the owners, and which is available from mid-April until mid-October.

The holiday cottage is therefore situated in the heart of the countryside and is perfect for walking enthusiasts, lovers of water sports or visitors who will just enjoy swimming in the nearby rivers.
The owner, also a nature lover and more especially a vine enthusiast, will share his passion for certain rare and remarkable types of vine.

This studio (45m2) is on the backside of a detached house on the hills of Aramon where there are various shops, as well as tennis and horse riding.
Avignon lies within 12km as well as the many places of interest in the direct surrounding: the papal palace, the castle of king René, the Pont du Gard, Saint Remy de Provence. You can reach Aramon by following the Rhône to the south over approximately 12km. Avignon, arts and culture town is surrounded by a city shore and is dominated by the cathedral and the famous Palace de Papes. 15km south you will find Tarascon with one of the most beautiful mediaeval castles of France. Thereafter Arles, which lies at the entrance of nature area (marshland) the Camargue. The same distance but then in the western direction, leads to the Pont du Gard, one of the big building works of antiquity, the most beautiful part of the waterway, which transports collected water in Uzès to Nîmes.
The last cities are after all highly recommended for a visit. Nimes for the Roman arena, the \'Maison Carrée\' and the monumental \'Jardin de la Fontaine\', Uzès for the beautiful protected medieaval town heart.

This part of the house is recommended for those who love the coast and the south-french life. The house has a beautiful private terrace (60m2). You share the swimming pool with the house owner.
