Underhill is a stone built cottage with charm and character, situated at the foot of a sandstone hill, 3/4 mile from the quiet village of Myddle. In Myddle there is a beautiful 17th century pub which serves good food, while a family pub with children’s play area is about 1 mile away and a good village shop and Post Office can be found in another nearby village. It is about 5 miles to Shrewsbury. Ideal for relaxing, walking or visiting Shrewsbury, Ludlow, Ironbridge, Chester and Wales.
The cottage has a large comfortable living room with beamed ceiling and Inglenook fireplace with an oil-fired stove, which also runs the central heating. The separate dining room has a French window leading onto the patio. Both rooms have a colour television and video. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a microwave, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Also downstairs there is a shower room with a toilet. Upstairs are three large bedrooms: one with a double bed, en-suite basin and toilet; the second with twin beds; the third with a double bed, plus a z-bed and cot available.
