Yet we are only 5 minutes from the A12 – ideal to explore Suffolk. We are close to several local pubs offering dining, golf, the river and a supermarket. 2 pretty refurbished cottages in the beautiful gardens of Thatched Farm.
Daffodil Cottage sleeps 3-4 in 1 double, 1 single and a sofabed.
Bluebell Studio sleeps 2 in 1 double.
Both cottages have shower rooms, well equipped kitchens and all amenities. Laundry room on site, ample parking and free wireless internet access.

| THE COTTAGE AT ROWANS, Kedington Sleeping up to 2 people
The Cottage at Rowans is a welcoming, well appointed, centrally heated and spacious ground floor barn conversion.
Set amidst the countryside of SW Suffolk it also enjoys extensive views. Bury St Edmunds, Cambridge, Sudbury and Saffron Walden are all about 25 minutes drive, whilst Long Melford and Lavenham are a little further. The owners house is adjacent to the cottage.
An 18 hole golf course lies to the SW of the property, the club house is approximately 800 metres away. Walking, riding and antique hunting are all within easy reach and interesting walks to the Stour Valley on your doorstep. Several local pubs, and the golf course provide evening meals and lunches most days.

| THE LOOSE BOX, Laxfield Sleeping up to 2 people
The Villa Stables compromises two separate cottages in the
middle of Laxfield close to the shop and 2
pub/restaurants. Both cottages are listed buildings
retaining all their original character now complemented
with simple, comfortable modern amenities. The Old
Stables sleeps up to 4 and the Loose Box sleeps 2. 1 Cot
available and pets are welcome. Off - road parking and
paved garden areas. Cottages can be booked together for
larger or family parties. With its 15th and 16th century
village centre, Laxfield is ideal for exploring the nearby
Suffolk Heritage and coastal attractions. Approximately 30
minutes drive to Aldeburgh or Southwold and close to

A luxury bijou cottage set in the heart of the historic Suffolk market town of Hadleigh, St. Mary’s Cottage is a Grade II listed building that dates back to the mid 1800’s. It was originally built as the annexe to a large Victorian town house. The cottage is set adjacent to Hadleigh’s historic fifteenth-century church, St Mary’s, which has been painted by Suffolk’s two most famous artists, John Constable and Thomas Gainsborough.
The cottage has the feel of a historic building but with all the convenience of modern amenities. Sutton Hoo (NT) is just a mile away, and many quaint villages such as Orford, Framlingham (Castle EH), Aldeburgh (half-hour), are within easy reach by car, bus or train, (theres plenty to do if you just want to leave your car at home.) Lady cottage is a Grade II listed part of a 16th century hall house. The accommodation is heavily beamed with a vaulted sitting room and a romantic galleried bedroom with a king size bed.
There is a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room which overlooks the enclosed courtyard garden which faces south.
The cosy sitting room has a real fire gas stove and is beautifully furnished.

Very conveniently placed within easy walking to all of Aldeburgh's facilities - shops, restaurants, beach, cinema, summer theatre. <b>All on one level, access is easy for all.</b> Off road parking space, and small garden with furniture. Newly refurbished, 'The Courtyard' is cosy in the winter with log effect fire as well as heating; and lovely in the summer, autumn or spring, with a stable door, and places to catch the sun morning and afternoon. It is well furnished and equipped for an enjoyable stay.
<b>Leisure facilities in the immediate area include:- sailing on the Rivers Alde and Ore and fishing; golf at both Aldeburgh and Thorpeness; public tennis courts; horse-riding and bicycle hire nearby. Wonderful boutiques and shops in Aldeburgh</b> The world famous Concert Hall at and shops at Snape Maltings are just a short drive and bicycle ride away, as are the Meare Boating Lake at Thorpeness, and the RSPB Bird Reserve at Minsmere. <b>Orford Castle 5 miles away is well worth a visit</b><p>

This cosy end terrace cottage faces open farmland in this small village near blyth Marshes, with miles of footpaths and bridle ways, ideal for bird watchers and ramblers.
A walk along the banks of the River Blyth to nearby Walberswick with its sandy beaches or across the river to Southwold, caught in its own time warp and still one of East Anglias best kept secrets.
Down the hill from Sunny Cottage is the White Hart which is both child and pet friendly, and in the pub grounds is a small village shop and post office.
