It is on the Monte Pego development, 5 kilometres from the small village of Pego on the Costa Blanca. The holiday home is comfortably furnished. It is just 5 kilometres from the golf courses and delightful beaches of the Costa Blanca. The villa has every modern convenience. There are terraces on different levels where you can enjoy sunny and shaded areas. As the house is on a hill, it enjoys superb views of the sea and/or the mountains. RESACA, COVETA FUMA Sleeping up to 4 people Rating: 4 Star Resaca is a very luxurious villa completely renovated (80 m2), with its own direct access to the sea! There are various terraces around the villa with views over the coast line of Campello and San Juan. You will find quiet, wide beaches and excellent restaurants in these typical Spanish villages. A small beach in the bay of Coveta Fuma is 500m away. For the real fun, go to Benidorm (35 km) with the attraction park Terra Mitica (less than a half hour\'s drive away). In approx. 15 minutes you are at the golf course of Bonalba in Mutxamel. The small centre of Coveta Fuma (5 minutes) has a supermarket and various bars and restaurants. The harbour city of Alicante is 15 km away from the villa and can be reached with the coast train. This runs along a beautiful coastal route and stops in Coveta Fuma. The apartment has a swimming pool and is on the Cal Albir Complex which consists of four buildings. The complex is between the town of Altea and the lively seaside resort of Benidorm. The apartment was renovated in 2007 and is attractively furnished. The terrace looks out onto the swimming pool and offers direct access to the lawn. Only guests of the complex have use of the tennis court and swimming pool. The pool is surrounded by a lawn which is excellent for sun bathing. You can enjoy a heated indoor swimming pool in the winter months. There is a beach and a lively boulevard just a few minute\'s walk from the apartment. The resort town of L\'Albir is 400 metres away with its shops, restaurants and outdoor cafes. These remain open during the winter. CASA ESQUINA, ORIHUELA-COSTA Sleeping up to 6 people Rating: 3 Star Casa Esquina (95 m2) is located in Orihuela Costa, behind the Villa Martin golf course, about 4 km from the La Zenia beaches. There are two communal swimming pools within walking distance that are open all year round. The holiday home has a large fenced off garden (135 m2) where children can play safely and it has its own car park on the grounds. The garden has subtropical plants with oleanders and a few colourful flowerbeds. There is a rising footpath from the car park on the grounds to the terrace enabling less able persons to reach the terrace easily. After that, a small step to the entrance is the only obstacle. Behind the house is a large terrace offering plenty of space for healthy meals. The holiday home is pleasantly equipped. Moving the bedroom down to the living room produced plenty of living space with an eating area fitted with air conditioning. This has two complete box-spring roll-away beds, ideal for two extra persons. The air conditioned bedrooms on the first floor offer access to the balcony with a view of the surroundings. You can reach the roof garden/solarium with two sun beds so you can sun bathe unobserved. There is a pretty view of the golf course and in the distance, the sea. Its two bedrooms enjoy good views of Benidorm and the sea. The terrace has a TV connection and looks out on a patio with a delightful fountain and palm trees.
