Finestrat is a little place which lies 15 km. north-west of Benidorm. Approx. 1 km. East of the village Frinestrat, on a piece of land of approx. 7000 m² are eight jointed, wheelchair accessible houses situated of each approx. 60 m². In order to be eligible for these houses, at least one person needs to be disabled or mobility challenged. The houses are furnished domestically. There are no thresholds, but yet wide doors and the bathroom is fully adapted for wheelchair users. From the terrace you will have a view at the mountains. At the houses there is a communal swimming pool with a heaving lift. There is one large permanent barbeque for shared use. The shown photos are examples.
Specifics:
Through the owner it is possible to hire a car with a wheelchair lift. At request, assistance is possible, amongst others A.D.L. aid, also with an eventual visit to a clinic or doctor (owners speak Dutch). Also home care (eventually through PGB) is to be arranged. Pego is located 23 km to the west of Denia. In a quiet location, this friendly apartment complex is located on the beautiful mountain of Monte Pego and has magnificent views into the distance. You have a broad range of facilities on offer such as outdoor and indoor pools and a mini-golf course. The comfortable and well cared for apartments are all situated near the pool and most of them have a sea view or a view of the mountains. They have terraces or a balcony with garden furniture. They are located on the ground floor, the first and the second floors. The apartments are cleaned 2x per week, but you can also choose to have the apartment cleaned daily.

\'La Ruina\' (80m2) is part of the \'Refugio Marnes\'-estate, with a large communal swimmingpool. It is a renovated sheep-pen and has kept its very ancient materials and elements despite the modern refurnishing of the house. La Ruina is a characteristic house for 4 persons, accessible with a steep donkey-path, about 150 meters from the central parking-lot. The hamlet Marnes, to which the house belongs, is located at about 500 meters height in a small mountain-area, the Siërra de Bernia, in the hinterland of Costa Blanca close to Benissa.
From the paved road, a sand path of about 300m. leads to the finca (=property). Here you will find two houses: the main house where the owners live, and \'La Ruina\'.
On the property you will find the typical algarrobo, olive -and almond trees. La Ruina finds itself on 19 hectare of untouched nature land. So you are not renting a house, but \"your own finca\"! During your stay the swimming-pool (12x4,5x2) is at your disposal, shared with guests from the unique \'Jaima\' (nomadic tent), which are for rent as well. Have a look at housecode ES-03720-08.

Villa (105 m2) situated in a cul-de-sac in the well-known urbanization Cumbre del Sol (plateau of the sun) between Moraira and Javea on the Costa Blanca. The property is built against a rock and offers a great view onto the sea and also has all luxuries such as air conditioning, DVD player and even a jacuzzi on the terrace! There are two large communal swimming baths at 300 m (40 m long) and the beach is less than 1 km away with beach tents where the paella tastes great. You can play golf at La Sella about 5 km away. At Cumbre del Sol you will find not only a supermarket, but also a bank, fitness center, Irish Pub, Tapas Bar, Chinese Restaurant and a Grand Cafe. Casa Roberto (80 m²) is a cosily decorated holiday home with private pool, located in the residential area Cumbre del Sol near Benitachell and Moraira on the Costa Blanca. The L-shaped swimming pool is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped and partly covered terrace, with part sea view and part view on the valley. The holiday home also has a roof terrace and if you want you can use the communal swimming pool 5 min. walk away. The holiday home\'s decoration in comfortable and is the perfect starting point to visit the beaches near Moraira or the other beach resorts, like Denia, Calpe and Altea. The Cumbre del Sol also has a small private beach, amidst impressive precipitous rocks which are ideal for beautiful walks. It is an ideal place for divers. Resaca is a very luxurious villa completely renovated (80 m2), with its own direct access to the sea! There are various terraces around the villa with views over the coast line of Campello and San Juan. You will find quiet, wide beaches and excellent restaurants in these typical Spanish villages. A small beach in the bay of Coveta Fuma is 500m away. For the real fun, go to Benidorm (35 km) with the attraction park Terra Mitica (less than a half hour\'s drive away). In approx. 15 minutes you are at the golf course of Bonalba in Mutxamel. The small centre of Coveta Fuma (5 minutes) has a supermarket and various bars and restaurants. The harbour city of Alicante is 15 km away from the villa and can be reached with the coast train. This runs along a beautiful coastal route and stops in Coveta Fuma. The local caretaker can give you a list of stops and timetables.
