The pools measure 12m x 5m and 5m x 3m. You can enjoy a wide variety of sports in the surrounding area. The holiday home is next to the Club Náutico les Bassetes in the town of Benissa. You can sail, scuba dive and water ski here. The popular resorts of Dénia, Jávea, Benidorm and Altea are not far from the holiday home. Casa Maria-Jan is situated on one of the mountain slopes in the peaceful district Coveta Fuma. This detached villa is split in two living sections. The top home is occupied by the owner. With enough privacy you will occupy the down home (75 m). The rooms are equipped with fans. Around the swimming pool is enough space for garden furniture, lounge beds and a parasol. Villa Carpintea is situated in the urbanization Ciudad Quesada en built against a hill. The villa is comfortably furnished and well equipped.
