CASA TARA, ORIHUELA-COSTA Sleeping up to 6 people Rating: 3 Star Comfortable linked house (300m2), peaceful situated within 45min. from the airport of Alicante and 5km from the beautiful white beaches of the Costa Blanca. Within walking distance is a communal swimming pool. Due to the location and the amount of terraces around the house and the facilities in the surrounding, this is excellent for families with children and for golf lovers. It is also suitable for hibernators. Torrevieja is within 15km, as well as San Pedro. In the surrounding you will find the famous lakes with flamingos, lovely Spanish villages like als San Miquel and the typical orange and lemon plantations. Within walking distance are diverse supermarkets, restaurants, bars and other provisions. The golf course Villa Martin is less than 5min. drive, where you will also find a entertainment centre. All water sports possibilities are available along the beaches and marinas. The house has a corner garden of approx. 145m2 with a big BBQ, which can also be used as a fireplace. MEDITERRáNEO, SANTA POLA Sleeping up to 6 people Rating: 3 Star Just a little south of the city Alicante lies the urbanization Gran Alacant. Alicante is a beautiful city with a lot of culture and history, among which the old castle Santa Barbara. Sante Pola is only about 10 minutes by car away. This of a good standard furnished corner house is situated in a friendly part of Gran Alacant. The beach and the sea is close by, as well as the shops and restaurants. You have access to a terrace with garden furniture and a wonderful sunbathing terrace with garden furniture on the 1st floor. You can also use two communal swimming pools with childrens pool and a communal tennis court in the district. Characteristics: Air conditioning in the living room and in two of the three bedrooms. You can rent a camping bed or wooden bedstead. A camping bed costs 20 per week and a wooden bedstead costs 26 per week. You can also rent a high chair for 14 per week, a buggy (only vertical) for 14 per week, a buggy (from 3 months) for 20 per week and a stair gate for 20 per week. The apartment is on the first floor and has a terrace at the front of 10 m2. The terrace is perfect for enjoying the sun while admiring the sea view, the boulevard with its tapas restaurants and the fishing harbour. It is also excellent during the winter months. El Campello is an attractive seaside town between Benidorm and Alicante. The sandy beach is within walking distance of the apartment. Here you will have everything you need for a lovely holiday. The Bonalba resort has an indoor and outdoor swimming complex, sauna, jacuzzi and beauty salon. Casa Maria-Jan is situated on one of the mountain slopes in the peaceful district Coveta Fuma. This detached villa is split in two living sections. The top home is occupied by the owner. With enough privacy you will occupy the down home (75 m). The rooms are equipped with fans. Around the swimming pool is enough space for garden furniture, lounge beds and a parasol. There is a covered terrace with a cosy wooden outdoor(dining) bar. For the children there is a slide and a swing. Where ever you are on the terrace, you will always have a marvellous view at the Mediterranean sea. Specifics: The swimming pool can eventually be fenced (in connection with small children). CARPINTEA, ROJALES Sleeping up to 6 people Rating: 3 Star Rojales is situated ca. 6 km from the seaside resort Guardamar del Segura with its beautiful sandy beaches. It is a typical Spanish village. The municipality also includes a number of urbanisations and Ciudad Quesada is one of them. The villa (ca. 100 m2) is built against a hill and has a functional interior. From the street side you can access (without stairs) the tiled front garden (ca. 50 m2) with swimming pool as well as the living area and one of the bedrooms with a bathroom. The other two bedrooms can only be reached via the lower terrace, ca. 10 steps down. Both bedrooms have a separate entrance but share one bathroom. Both bedrooms have a fan. The lower, covered terrace is blessed with a view of the 18 hole golf course La Marquesa. You can also enjoy a small covered terrace (ca. 6 m2) and on the front side of the terrace a big terrace (17 m2) with a great view of the golf course.
