Semi-detached holiday home (141m2) on the golfresort of \'Lomas de Campoamor\', Orhihuela Costa. The white beaches of the Costa Blanca are just a 10 min drive away. On this resort you are able to get some rest and enjoy your privacy, play golf and you can also enjoy the beautiful weather. The holiday home is situated next to a communal garden and swimmingpool but it is also equipped with a private garden and a private terrace. The area around Campoamor is a true paradise to play golf in, in the neighborhood you will find the 5 star Real Club de Golf Campoamor with 27-holes and within a 3km distance you can find another 3 golfclubs with 18-holes. But even if you can\'t play golf, Lomas de Campoamor is a beautiful holiday park. It is equipped with various outdoor swimmingpools, terraces and playgrounds. But that\'s not all: you can even find an indoor swimmingpool with sauna, whirlpool and a gym. Just 3km away you\'ll find various bays and boulevards where you can have a nice walk or even join in some water sport activities.

A simple yet comfortable wooden bungalow especially designed for families. The bungalow is equipped with everything necessary to enjoy a relaxing break.
The bungalows are located in a holiday park that boasts a total of 22 bungalows and a camp site. Services such as Internet access, a bar-restaurant, swimming pool (open in summer), etc. make this park even more special. Furthermore, the surrounding area, situated between two Natural Parks, offers many opportunities for leisure activities and contact with nature.
Animals are allowed in the bungalows providing they are not dangerous breeds. Guests are supplied with blankets although towels and sheets are not provided.

Comfortable linked house (300m2), peaceful situated within 45min. from the airport of Alicante and 5km from the beautiful white beaches of the Costa Blanca. Within walking distance is a communal swimming pool. Due to the location and the amount of terraces around the house and the facilities in the surrounding, this is excellent for families with children and for golf lovers. It is also suitable for hibernators. Torrevieja is within 15km, as well as San Pedro. In the surrounding you will find the famous lakes with flamingos, lovely Spanish villages like als San Miquel and the typical orange and lemon plantations. Within walking distance are diverse supermarkets, restaurants, bars and other provisions. The golf course Villa Martin is less than 5min. drive, where you will also find a entertainment centre. All water sports possibilities are available along the beaches and marinas. The house has a corner garden of approx. 145m2 with a big BBQ, which can also be used as a fireplace.
A garden baby chair is available, as well as a bicycle which can be used.

Just a little south of the city Alicante lies the urbanization Gran Alacant. Alicante is a beautiful city with a lot of culture and history, among which the old castle Santa Barbara. Sante Pola is only about 10 minutes by car away. This of a good standard furnished corner house is situated in a friendly part of Gran Alacant. The beach and the sea is close by, as well as the shops and restaurants. You have access to a terrace with garden furniture and a wonderful sunbathing terrace with garden furniture on the 1st floor. You can also use two communal swimming pools with childrens pool and a communal tennis court in the district.
Characteristics:
Air conditioning in the living room and in two of the three bedrooms. You can rent a camping bed or wooden bedstead. A camping bed costs 20 per week and a wooden bedstead costs 26 per week. You can also rent a high chair for 14 per week, a buggy (only vertical) for 14 per week, a buggy (from 3 months) for 20 per week and a stair gate for 20 per week. In case you want to make use of one or more of the earlier mentioned articles, you always need to admit this at the time of the booking.

Bonalba is an urbanization situated just outside Mutxamel. Mutxamel lies approx. 15 km. north of Alicante. Here you will have everything you need for a lovely holiday. A beautiful view at the sea, an outdoor and indoor swimming pool with sauna, fitness and a golf course at walking distance. Also the Spanish back land with its marvellous mountiains is at only 15 minutes by car. In this still new accommodation (built in 2006), which is provided with all conveniences, you can relax nicely.
Specifics:
You have access to a terrace with garden furniture at the living room and a terrace with garden furniture at the bedroom with the double sofa bed. Both terraces have a splendid view at the surroundings and the sea. Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation.

Calpe is famous for its boulevard with bay and the enormous \'Ifach\' rock (332m). Here is a nature park with a vegetation, more than 300 sorts of animals and even the colonies of sea birds protects this to use it as nest area. You can reach the park via a zigzag road, and enjoy the panoramic view over the entire Marina Alta coast. You can also relax, and taste the Spanish tapas with a wonderful glass of sangria!

- By car: Motorway A7, A70 direction Valencia (coming from the airport) exit 67 then N 340 direction Xixona (Jijona), take the exit on the right direction Busot Bonalba. Continue straight forward to the Gulf. Go to the end of the road up to the Bonalba shopping centre. The Eurogroup reception is beside the big map of the Bonalba site at the roundabout near the shopping centre.

El Campello lies approx, 20 km. North-east of Alicante. Casa Maria-Jan is situated on one of the mountain slopes in the peaceful district Coveta Fuma. This detached villa is split in two living sections. The top home is occupied by the owner. With enough privacy you will occupy the down home (75 m²). The rooms are equipped with fans. Around the swimming pool is enough space for garden furniture, lounge beds and a parasol. There is a covered terrace with a cosy wooden outdoor(dining) bar. For the children there is a slide and a swing. Where ever you are on the terrace, you will always have a marvellous view at the Mediterranean sea.
Specifics:
The swimming pool can eventually be fenced (in connection with small children). At the reservation you can subscribe if you want to use a third bedroom. Costs at high season EUR 100,- per week/ off-season EUR 75,- per week (to be payed at the owner at the spot). The end cleaning for this extra room is EUR 25,- per stay.

The swimmingpool is surrounded by various terraces where you are able to enjoy the sun and some beautiful views. The neighborhood is ideal for (day)trips and excursions. There are some nice beach promanades, restaurants and the nightlife is great in Benidorm and Calpe (15km). The airport of Alicante is approximately 60km from the holiday home.
