Continue straight forward to the Gulf. Go to the end of the road up to the Bonalba shopping centre. BEACHHOUSE ALTEA, CAMPOMANES, ALTEA Sleeping up to 8 people Rating: 4 Star This beautiful beach house has a private swimming pool. It is in a unique position near the town of Altea and just 200 metres from Campomanes Beach. The house\'s terraces and balconies allow you to enjoy delightful views of the Mediterranean Sea and the marina. The holiday home has three floors and is built in a modern style. It is tastefully furnished and equipped with every modern convenience. The air conditioning provides welcome cooling on hot days. The holiday home\'s entrance is on the top floor which is entered at street level. The spacious living room and kitchen are on this floor. They have direct access to the swimming pool. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the next floor down. There is another bedroom and bathroom on the lowest floor. The recreation area is on this floor too. CASA DO, ALTEA LA VELLA Sleeping up to 8 people Rating: 4 Star Casa Do is a beautiful villa with a private swimming pool. The villa is on the Costa Blanca. It is beside the Club de Golf Don Cayo and is 1.5 kilometres from the village of Altea la Vella. The village is 5 kilometres from the larger town of Altea. The town has a lively boulevard, marina and beach. This very spacious villa is built in a modern style. It has a marble floor with under-floor heating. You can enjoy the attractive indoor and outdoor dimmer lights, modern music system and piano in the dining room. The villa occupies three floors and has a lift. You can enjoy beautiful views of the golf course and the old town of Altea from the covered terraces, living room and outdoor kitchen. The Mediterranean Sea is visible in the background. There is a staircase at the side of the villa which leads to the 1,200m2 rock garden which backs onto the golf course. There is no access to the golf course. FINCA NICOLAU, TORREMANZANAS Sleeping up to 10 people Rating: 4 Star A restored finca with a private swimming pool, situated against a mountain slope with a beautiful view over the town Torremanzanas and the hilly hinterland of the Costa Blanca. The swimming pool and the big terraces are perfect places to enjoy the sun or the burning evening lights of the surrounding towns (with clear weather evenTorrevieja can be seen within 75km.). The finca is very suitable for families with children, there is a trampoline (3,6m) and football table for amusement. The double bedrooms have a luxury king-size waterbed. Torremanzanas is within 5 minutes drive from the finca, the town Jijona within 15km. The beaches of Benidorm, Alfaz del Pí and Altea are within approx. 25km. Ca. 2 km from Catral, surrounded by mountains lies this beautiful villa with guest accommodation set in grounds of 3000m. All comforts are provided. A large swimming pool, Jacuzzi, a cosy outside bar, tennis court and jeu des boules court. For children there is a playground including a trampoline. there are two parking spaces within the grounds. The villa has panoramic views on the sea and the area. Because of the position against a hill you have view on 20 km coastline, from Moraira up to Calpe. The houses decorations will transport guests back in time, a mixture of good taste, simplicity and above all- comfort. The house is located in the centre of Teresa de Cofrentes old quarter- a delightful village with all the necessary services to make for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. The surrounding area, crossed by the Júcar and Cabriel Rivers, is breathtakingly beautiful, with many sources and springs and wonderful areas in which to spend leisure time such as the Hunde Natural Reserve. History also has an important place here, with the largest and best conserved Iberian settlement in Spain. The village is surrounded by fields of citrus fruit and olive groves. The house is full of atmosphere and has a private swimming pool. It is in a quiet area close to the lively Costa Blanca. The house is on a country estate of 5000 m2 and built in Spanish Valencian style. It offers comfortable accommodation for a maximum of twenty people. There is a shared sitting area and terrace on the top floor. The living room with its open fireplace and the large open kitchen are on the middle floor, next to the patio.
