The holiday home is located at a short distance of Torrevieja, Orihuela Costa and various excellent golf courses. You will have views on the L-shaped private swimming pool from the (roof)terraces. There is Spanish stone garden furniture with a barbecue on the terrace of the house. The beaches are about 5 km away, where water sports like pedalo and jetski are possible. Bars and restaurants, including an internet café, are within walking distance. In Torrevieja you can stroll on the seafront boulevard or enjoy the many terraces. In Villa Martin you will find a large shopping centre. Excursions in the region: Alicante with a wide boulevard, Elche with the famous palm gardens and the student city Murcia. Nature lovers will find lots to do in the inland of the Costa Blanca too.

El Raso is a new district belonging to Guardamar. Guardamar lies about 40 km. south of Alicante. Here you can spend a lovely holiday; the sun, golfing, water sports, nice shopping, visit markets, the many restaurant all is at a short distance. Guardamar is also know for its beautiful long sandy beaches and dunes. This detached villa is situated in this new district and of a good standard and complete way furnished. In front of the house you will have access to a terrace with garden furniture and there is also a nice rooftop terrace with garden furniture. In the area you furthermore have access to a communal swimming pool.

Detached modern villa with large veranda and private swimming pool, situated in a villa area within 1km from Calpe and from a sand beach. This villa is located on its own property of 1000m2. The Villa has a large terrace with BBQ and parking. The distance to Alicante (62km) and Valencia (110km). Supermarket, doctor, pharmacy, bank and post office within 2km.
Calpe is famous for its boulevard with bay and the enormous \'Ifach\' rock (332m). Here is a nature park with a unique vegetation and more than 300 different animals. It is a protected colony for sea birds, which uses it as nesting area. You can reach the park via a zigzag road, and enjoy the panoramic view over the entire Marina Alta coast. You can naturally relax as well, and try out the Spanish tapas under the enjoyment of a glass of sangria along the boulevard!

| CARPINTEA, ROJALES

Rojales is situated ca. 6 km from the seaside resort Guardamar del Segura with its beautiful sandy beaches. It is a typical Spanish village. The municipality also includes a number of urbanisations and Ciudad Quesada is one of them. The villa (ca. 100 m²) is built against a hill and has a functional interior. From the street side you can access (without stairs) the tiled front garden (ca. 50 m²) with swimming pool as well as the living area and one of the bedrooms with a bathroom. The other two bedrooms can only be reached via the lower terrace, ca. 10 steps down. Both bedrooms have a separate entrance but share one bathroom. All of the bedrooms have a fan. The lower terrace (ca. 150 m²) is blessed with a view of the 18 hole golf course La Marquesa. You can also enjoy a small covered terrace (ca. 6 m²) that also has a view of the golf course. There is a sufficient amount of garden furniture and you also have a barbecue at your disposal. You can park the car on the public road in front of the house.

When you book with 2 persons, you will only have the disposition of the first floor. The final cleaning will then be 50.

Quietly located detached villa (105 m2) with private swimming pool, at 1 km of the village Rojales. There is a large terrace around the swimming pool (100 m2) and a stone barbecue. The garden is divided in terraces, which offer a magnificent view on the region. The stairs to the house have recently been retiled with original mosaics. The beaches are about 10 minutes drive away, the harbour city Alicante at 35 minutes. This city with its wide boulevard and highly perched castle is absolutely worth a visit. In the immediate proximity you can also find various golf courses, but attraction- and water parks for the children are also on offer. A perfect location for a varied holiday!
