Situated in a quiet rural hamlet within beautiful Northern Brittany, the gite is only minutes away from the two towns of Plouguenast and Ploeuc sur Lie, each with a variety of shops and restaurants, and 10 minutes from the medieval town of Moncontour. The ferry ports of St Malo (1 hr), Roscoff (90 mins) and Caen are within easy reach, as is the airport at Dinard, 40 minutes away, served by Ryanair. The gite has been tastefully refurbished, and has three bedrooms to sleep up to six people plus a cot. The ground floor consists of a large open-plan living room, fitted kitchen area, dining space and separate comfortable sitting area with satellite television. On the first floor there are two bedrooms (1 dbl, 1 twin) and a Shower room with walk in thermostatically controlled shower, wash basin and toilet. On the second floor there is a large twin bedroom and a second washroom comprising of a basin and wc. Outside, there is a 10m x 5m outdoor swimming pool and a private sitting area with patio table and chairs and a barbeque. We also have a games barn which has a table tennis table, pool table, baby football table and a full size snooker table.
