Fuchsia Cottage is in a quiet rural hamlet situated only minutes away from the two towns of Plouguenast and Ploeuc sur Lie, each with a variety of shops and restaurants, and 10 minutes from the medieval town of Moncontour. Within half and hour there is the coastal town of St. Brieuc which has both a traditional town centre and a large retail shopping complex, including Carrefour. The ground floor comprises an open plan living room with television, dining area and a well equipped kitchen area. There is also a ground floor Shower room with walk in thermostatically controlled shower, vanity unit with wash basin and toilet. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Outside, there is a 10m x 5m outdoor swimming pool and a private sitting area with patio table and chairs and a barbeque. We also have a games barn which has a table tennis table, pool table, baby football table and a full size snooker table.
