Roscullion Barn is a detached converted barn which has been tastefully furnished and equipped to a high standard. Sleeping 5+cot in two very large bedrooms, there is a large lounge and separate farmhouse kitchen/diner, conservatory, cloakroom and utility, providing extremely spacious accommodation throughout. There is a newly refitted bathroom with power shower, and an additional power shower ensuite to the main bedroom. The barn is equipped with D/washer, M/wave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, Flatscreen TV (Freeview), DVD, Wifi access, MP3 Docking Station and Table Tennis Room.

Surrounded by open farmland, the barn is just 2 miles from the picturesque harbour at Padstow. Just 3 miles away are several sandy bays and the golf course at Trevose. You will also find excellent walking in the area and we are only 30 minutes from the Eden Project.
