Casa Do is a beautiful villa with a private swimming pool. The villa is on the Costa Blanca. It is beside the Club de Golf Don Cayo and is 1.5 kilometres from the village of Altea la Vella. The village is 5 kilometres from the larger town of Altea. The town has a lively boulevard, marina and beach. This very spacious villa is built in a modern style. It has a marble floor with under-floor heating. You can enjoy the attractive indoor and outdoor dimmer lights, modern music system and piano in the dining room.
The villa occupies three floors and has a lift. You can enjoy beautiful views of the golf course and the old town of Altea from the covered terraces, living room and outdoor kitchen. The Mediterranean Sea is visible in the background. There is a staircase at the side of the villa which leads to the 1,200m2 rock garden which backs onto the golf course. There is no access to the golf course.
The nearest beach is around 5 kilometres away. You can enjoy various water sports in the surrounding area. Due to the villa\'s position beside the golf course, golf lovers can have a wonderful time here. You\'ll find a wide variety of walking trails and riding tours within a 30 minute drive. The Terra Mitica and Terra Natura Adventure Parks are not far. Many other places of entertainment on the Costa Blanca are also within easy reach.
