The floor under the living quarters (almost street level) has a bedroom and a bathroom accessible from outside. There is also a spacious parking space in front of the holiday home. The holiday home has various terraces with both sunny and sheltered spaces. The villa is approx. 1.5 km away from the centre of Moraira and the beach. Moraira is halfway between Valencia (ca. 110 km) and Alicante (ca. 80 km). It is a lively fishing village with pretty sandy beaches and bays. The immediate proximity of the holiday home is suitable for many (water) activities like walking, cycling, golf and sailing. |
