In March, the region goes to fiesta for the \'Fallas\' with all the small towns having their own, as well as the monstrous figures in Valencia. For the culture vulture; numerous museums, art galleries, a theatre and an opera house are in Valencia. Also there are frequent musical evenings in the local villages which range from the pop band style to a full philharmonic. Many exhibitions are held in these galleries.
