The Nook is a modern, Cotswold stone, mid-terrace house which is tastefully furnished and fully equipped, including gas-fired central heating and double-glazing. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with King size bed and a second bedroom with a single bed. The bathroom has a shower over bath, vanity unit and toilet. Downstairs has a comfortable lounge with 3 piece suite and a dining alcove. There is a gas fire, TV, video / DVD player and patio doors leading to a small garden with table and chairs. The tiny, but well-equipped, kitchen includes big fridge-freezer, washer and microwave. There is a cloakroom with toilet under the stairs. Off-street parking is provided.
