Broadway's unique location makes it an ideal base for touring the Cotswold's numerous villages and is within easy reach of Stratford upon Avon, Warwick and Oxford.



Brook Cottage is a pretty, Cotswold stone cottage, three minutes gentle walk from Broadway Village Green. The cottage is one of four and has a beautiful little south-facing garden with a brook running along the bottom of it. This comfortable cottage is tastefully decorated, and provides the perfect base for your visit to Broadway and the Cotswolds. The sitting room on the ground floor has electric feature fire, colour TV, video, CD player and French doors leading onto the enclosed garden and patio. The fully fitted breakfast kitchen has electric oven and grill with gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer washer/dryer and dishwasher. Also downstairs is a guests cloakroom. The First Floor comprises two bedrooms - one double & one twin, together with a bathroom with bath and Mira shower over; an extra bed can be included in one of the bedrooms to accommodate a 5th person (small supplement applies). Please note - we do not allow children under 10, pets or smokers. Private parking is provided.
