Enjoying peace and tranquillity, the cottages are surrounded by pasture land and benefit from beautiful views of the rolling Devon countryside with Dartmoor in the distance. The English Riviera of Torbay and the magical golden beaches of South Devon's coastline are nearby.


This ideal family holiday location is excellent for bird watching as featured on Channel 4's 'Wild Thing', a wildlife documentary series featuring owls.


  • The cottages are completely self-contained and furnishings have been chosen with care to give individual style and character to each cottage.

  • Each kitchen is very well equipped and includes microwave, fridge/freezer, full sized cooker, dishwasher and automatic washing machine/drier.

  • All cottages have TV, video recorder, DVD and Freeview, as well as a wood burning stove and electric heating (except Wagtail which has gas central heating), making them ideal for an out-of-season break.




  • All cottages have a grassed area/and or patio around them, with patio furniture and a barbecue. They are set in the centre of the grounds, thus enabling young children to roam around without fear of traffic.

  • All cottages are non-smoking and non pet.
