Smiths Farm is set in a tranquil rural location within a Designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The property is pleasantly situated on the Devon/Dorset border surrounded by open farmland and is within 5 minutes drive of the World Heritage Jurassic Coast where the quiet coastal village of Charmouth and the small historic town of Lyme Regis are located.The market town of Axminster lies approximately 4 miles to the west, with its main line railway connection to Waterloo. The property has far reaching rural views and is accessed by its own private drive. THE SMITHY Fully fitted kitchen with fridge, oven, hob, microwave, toaster and kettle. Lounge/Dining Room with French doors opening onto a paved area and small lawn. TV, radio, books and games are provided. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with bunks. The bathroom has a WC, basin, bath and shower attachment. THE STABLES Kitchen/Diner fitted with fridge, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, toaster and kettle. Dining table. The lounge has French doors opening onto a paved areas with patio and lawn. TV, radio, books and games are provided. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms - one double, one twin and one single. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, WC and basin. |
