Brigham can be found just outside the Lake District National Park, 2 miles from the market town of Cockermouth, and just 4 miles from Bassenthwaite Lake. It is an ideal base from which to explore the quieter lakes and mountains of The National Park, and take in the attractions of the increasingly popular Solway Coast and West Cumbrian coastal towns and villages.



The Saddlery has been sympathetically converted to provide open plan living accommodation on the ground floor with a log burning stove forming the focal point of this room. The kitchen area is fitted out to a high standard and includes a dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer. There is a washerdryer in a small utility room at the entrance to the cottage. The living area has a dining table and chairs for 4, and includes a TV, DVD player and CD player. The first floor has one double bedroom, a second bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower over the bath.The cottage has its own parking space and a patio area with tables and chairs in the courtyard in front of the property. Barbeques are available for use. The Saddlery has the use of a traditional games room that includes a full size snooker table, table football and family games. The village has a childrens' playing field with play park nearby.
