This delightful 2 bedroom end of terrace sandstone cottage was fully renovated and refurbished by the owner in 2009. George Cottage is tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard and is ideal for a couple or young families alike. It is situated in a residential area of Keswick, 5 minutes level walk from the town centre and 10 minutes from the Lake and has the benefit of a private parking space.

George Cottage is a traditional sandstone cottage with modern furnishings and facilities, close to all amenities. Heated by gas central heating and comprising:

  • Ground Floor: Lounge/Diner: With LCD TV, DVD, CD radio and gas fire.
  • Kitchen: With electric oven and ceramic hob. Utility room: With
    washer/dryer and fridge/freezer and microvave.

  • Original staircase (note: quite steep) leading to First Floor: Bedroom
    1: With king-size double bed. Bedroom 2: With adult size bunk beds.
    Bathroom: With shower over bath, WC and wash hand basin.

  • Facilities/Miscellaneous outside: Parking for 1 car and on street
    parking. All fuel and bed linen provided.
