The apartment is part of a modern building situated in one of the new coastal districts. The building\'s shared swimming pool is ideal if you want to cool down after a day spent sightseeing! This accommodation provides comfortable and extremely bright rooms, as well as the most careful of layouts. In addition it has a balcony equipped with a table and chairs. The Poblenou district is quiet and safe. You will find all types of service within a radius of from 5 to 10 min walk: a food shop (Mercat de la Unió 7 min walk away), several banks, an underground station (Poblenou), restaurants The historic centre can be accessed in 10 min by public transport, or it is a pleasant walk of just under an hour along the beach! NB: the apartment is on the 5th floor with a lift. The balcony can be dangerous for young children. The situation with regard to traffic and parking differs from one town to the other.
