Walnut Tree Cottage is one of two luxury cottages sharing a secluded site once occupied by a carpenter's workshop and store, just a 3 minute walk from the High Street of the unspoilt village of Cley-Next-The-Sea, on the beautiful North Norfolk coast. Cley is a delightful village with two pubs (both serving real ale and excellent food!), a noted delicatessen, a pottery and a traditional smokehouse selling smoked fishes and pates.



Great attention to detail has been paid to both the building of the cottage, as well as to its decor and furnishings. Externally, it is built from a combination of flint and brick, under a traditional pantile roof, with a south-facing garden and paved patio with shrubs and lawn. It has a 'cart-shed' garage, together with parking for a second car.



Inside, Walnut Tree Cottage offers a very high standard of accommodation. Downstairs it has a tiled entrance hall (with cloakroom off it), fully fitted and beautifully equipped kitchen, and large sitting / dining room with Multiyork sofas, TV, DVD, music system and open fire, with French windows onto the terrace. The Master bedrooms is downstairs, also with French windows to the terrace, and King size bed, flat screen TV and ensuite with shower, wc and basin. Upstairs there are 2 generously sized bedrooms (1 twin, 1 single) plus bathroom with corner bath with shower over, wc and basin. Please note, the cottage is non-smoking, and sorry no pets.
