There is also ample opportunity for walking and bird watching from the countryside and marshes surrounding the village. The Village is well serviced with train and bus links, shops, a post office and pubs – serving good, home cooked meals and casked ales. More extensive facilities are available in the large village of Acle (approx. 5 miles) and in Great Yarmouth and Norwich (both approx. 12 miles).
