The apartment enjoys a beautiful view over the market, an Art nouveau building unique in Florence. Due to its position close to the second-hand book stalls, the apartment is quiet. Its location will enable you to tour the city on foot easily. Major tourist sites like Duomo Square, the Medici chapels and the Uffizi Museum are about 5-10 minutes walk away. You will find typical restaurants and cafés in the square itself, but if you want to prepare a snack yourself, you will find everything you need in the market which supplies innumerable types of fruit and fresh vegetables, dairy products and Tuscan specialities. Parking: there is a paying car park in the market. You can reach it without having to go through the \"ZTL\" zones (zones subject to a congestion charge in the historic centre of Florence).
