Set in the rural tranquillity of North Pembrokeshire, on a working farm 3 miles from the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, Hen Stabl has been converted from a former stable / coach-house to provide comfortable and spacious accommodation, whilst retaining the character of the original building. We are at the northern end of the Preseli Hills - Bluestone Country - and only 8 miles from the west coast of Pembrokeshire, with its rugged cliffs and sandy beaches. The nearest village is Boncath, 2 miles away, with a good village shop and pub, while the nearest town, Cardigan, is 7 miles away. There are many activities to be enjoyed in the area, such as fishing, golf, canoeing and pony trekking, as well as lots of walking country.
The cottage has full central heating as well as a gas-fired log effect stove in the sitting room. There is TV with Teletext, digital TV recorder with Freeview+, DVD player and stereo. The fitted kitchen has an electric cooker, fridge, microwave and dining area with stable door opening into the large sheltered garden. This extremely high quality cottage is located half way between St. Davids and Fishguard in the hamlet of Penparc, on the St. Davids Peninsula, close to the centre of the best stretch of the Pembrokeshire coast - that part that is north east of St Davids. It is situated within the protected Pembrokeshire Coast National Park - which consists principally of a strip of land following the Pembrokeshire coastline. There are extensive sea views from the good sized garden laid almost exclusively to lawn, and in particular stunning views of the cliffs around Strumble Head. One mile down a quiet country lane from the cottage and hamlet is the acclaimed village of Trefin, situated on clifftops between the famous harbours of Porthgain and beautiful Abercastle. Trefin has its own cove on the edge of the village at Aberflyn, with numerous rock pools in this small sand and shingle beach which is surrounded on three sides by rugged cliffs. Trefin is quite a bustling village with a post office, pub, an artist's gallery, a more general craft shop, and a couple of tea shops.

With magnificent views of beautiful scenery, it has easy access to a sand and shingle beach only 15 minutes walk away, as well as shared use (with the main house, Llanfendigaid) of a 24 foot x 12 foot indoor heated swimming pool.

The traditional picturesque village of Dyffryn Ardudwy overlooks Cardigan Bay, with spectacular coastal and mountain views, and includes 2 well stocked grocery shops, an Award winning Butchers, 2 Pubs (both serving food and with children’s play areas), a Sandy Beach and Children’s playground.
Many original features have been retained such as the exposed beams and the large lounge window, which was once the opening of the Hayloft - hence the name Daflod meaning loft in Welsh.

Felindre self catering holiday cottages are set in an eight acre estate overlooking the spectacular North Pembrokeshire coastline, in the heart of the Pembrokeshire National Park. Only a few minutes walk away from the Coastal Path and within walking distance of a beautiful sandy beach, they are also just a 5 minute walk from Porthgain and The Sloop Inn. There are no busy roads nearby, so it is safe for pets and children.
The three stone cottages enjoy panoramic views of the sea, coast and countryside of beautiful Pembrokeshire. French windows lead from the lounge on to a large front lawn with picnic tables, a perfect place to relax with a drink and watch the evening sun set over Porthgain and the sea beyond. They have beamed ceilings and are warm and comfortable with full central heating. On the ground floor, each cottage has a kitchen / diner, lounge, bathroom and second, separate wc. They are well equipped, with microwave oven, colour TV, washing machine, tumble drier and even a dishwasher to make your stay as relaxing as possible!

Smugglers Cove at Frongoch Boatyard is a recently renovated Old Chapel & Cottage [Chapel House] and adjacent 2 storey cottage [Quarry Cottage] laid out as a single Holiday Let Unit for family/ friends reunions, group get togethers and holidays. The two adjacent buildings accommodate 14 + 2 [or + 4 by arrangement], with 4 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms and 1 double bunk bedroom, two lounge/dining rooms and two kitchens, 1 bathroom and three shower rooms.
The property has been entirely renovated in 2006, having been designed by "Eco Architects" Simmonds Mills with assistance from The Wales Tourist Board, and is constructed of stone, slate, larch, oak and glass with an attractive limewash finish, and an area of turf roof. As well as having very high insulation, to AECB silver standard, solar powered hot water and full gas fired central heating, each of the two buildings, Chapel House and Quarry Cottage, has a wood burning stove.
Smugglers Cove is situated in the Snowdonia National Park, just off the foreshore/beach of the Dyfi [Dovey] estuary, on the A493 approximately 3 miles up the estuary from Aberdyfi and 5 miles from Machynlleth. Occupying a superb position half a mile from the sea in the southern end of Snowdonia National Park, this magnificent and very comfortable family home is set in an acre of lovely wooded gardens. Surrounded by a further three acres of shared grounds and the owners extensive 300 acres of farmland, it has magnificent views of beautiful scenery, as well as easy access to a sand and shingle beach only 15 minutes walk away. It also has shared use (with our 3-bedroom cottage, Ty-fendigaid) of a 24 foot x 12 foot indoor heated swimming pool.
The house was originally built in the 13th century, but renovated to its present design in 1746. The interior has been more recently improved whilst retaining its original character, with panelled walls, antiques, fine family portraits and a number of interesting items collected during travels around the world over the last 200 years. It also however has all the modern-day comforts such as washing machine/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge and freezer, as well as 2 colour TVs, video, DVD, Sky Digital TV and stereo. Built in the traditional Pembrokeshire style of stone with slate roofs, the three cottages are situated in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park and provide luxury quality holiday accommodation, with magnificent views over the coast and open countryside. They are situated to the south west of the city of St. Davids, with its majestic Norman Cathedral and ruined Bishops Palace. Safe sandy beaches are a few minutes walk away. A wide range of activities, including surfing, walking, cycling, sailing, golf, horse riding and fishing can be enjoyed. Shops are half a mile away in St Davids; the delicatessen is well stocked with a wide selection of cheeses, wines cooked meats and home made pies. Locally there are many restaurants and fascinating pubs providing excellent and inexpensive meals.
The cottages have fully enclosed sheltered gardens with lawns and sheltered patio and private of-the-road parking. Clyne Farm Centre is located on one of the seven hills overlooking the majestic sweep of Swansea Bay and the historic fishing village of Mumbles. Beautiful unspoilt Gower beaches and countryside are only minutes away. Also available at the farm are many outdoor activities including horse riding, archery, indoor climbing, gorge walking, rock hopping, abseiling, and the famous Challenge Valley - the muddiest assault course in the world!!
At the turn of the century, our grounds and buildings formed part of the Estate of the Vivians of Clyne Castle, the copper barons of Swansea and the world. Much has changes in the Estate since the Vivians day - the old stone farm buildings have been converted into self catering cottages which embrace both traditional values and modern convenience. Two things have definitely not changed though, the spectacular view and sincere welcome given to each and everyone visiting us.
