| GARTHCRAIG HOUSE, Porthmadog Sleeping up to 10 people
19th Century House, Porthmadog – Lleyn Peninusula.
Garthcraig is a well-appointed Sea Captains house overlooking Porthmadog harbour with its attractive garden and patio offering stunning views to the Moelwyn Mountains.
The house is perfectly placed to enjoy the wonderful sandy beaches and spectacular coastline of the Lleyn peninsula together with the excellent walking in Snowdonia, which is only 20 minutes away. Why not try to climb Snowdon?
Welsh Narrow gauge railways – the Ffestiniog railway and Snowdon mountain railway provide a nostalgic way to explore the mountains and are great for little fans of Thomas the Tank engine.
The Italianate village of Portmerion, Harlech Castle, Beddgelert & Welsh slate mines are all close by with day trips to Anglesey and various National Trust properties available. Abersoch, Criccieth and Morfa Nefyn are all worth visiting too.

River Towy fishing by arrangement. 13 miles Carmarthen, 20 minutes from M4.

| BAYS HILL, Llandeilo Sleeping up to 12 people
A large Georgian town house
situated in quiet seclusion within the heart of Llandeilo, a bustling market town in the River Towy valley nestling in the foothills of the Brecon Beacons.
The house itself is unique and has considerable character throughout. The house overlooks the local church and the site of the original abbey is said to have been located in the garden.
Within easy walking distance of the town which is famous for its antique shops, craft shops, art galleries and tea rooms and a selection of friendly pubs to suit all tastes. Llandeilo’s narrow streets make this an attractive old town.
Nearby there are numerous attractions such as Roman Gold Mines, Dinefwr Castle and Pembrey Country Park for the children. The picturesque beaches of Cardigan, Pembrokeshire and the Gower are a short drive away. The surrounding area is known as the garden of Wales, having The National Botanical Gardens of Wales and Aberglasny historic house and garden on the door step.

Each cottage provides luxury quality accommodation with cleanliness being a top priority and all are well equipped. They all have fully enclosed sheltered gardens with a patio and garden furniture and a games room with table tennis and a pool table.
A mere 5 minutes walk takes you to the shops, restaurants, local beauty spots like Bryn y Garn and the historic cathedral itself. Exciting pursuits can be arranged at the local Outdoor Centre such as windsurfing, sea canoeing, abseiling and climbing. Sea fishing is a popular pastime and there is also a large boat park.
A beautiful setting for a perfect holiday.

the central green. Ploughmans Cottage enjoys one of the
most enviable locations with its back door and
conservatory looking onto open meadows and the childrens
