<b>The houses back on to the beach and offer uninterrupted views of Cardigan Bay, perfect for a relaxing holiday or an activity break.</b>
Also available on Tywyn seafront is Apartment 1, Trem Enlli Apartments, a first floor Victorian terrace apartment <b>offering similar views of the beach and Cardigan Bay from the first floor balcony</b> and having access to the sea front and promenade.
There is golf- <b>Champion golf course on the links at Aberdyfi,</b> only a few minutes drive away, sea fishing- from the beach only metres from the door with tackle hire two minutes walk from the house, walking- walk along the sands of Aberdyfi and visit the lifeboat station or go crabbing from the pier, explore the Dysynni Valley where miles of footpaths take you to spectacular viewpoints.
Take the Tallyllyn narrow gauge steam railway into the Snowdonia National Park, Visit Dolgoch waterfalls and the old slate mining village of Abergynolwyn.

| TY TATWS, Castlemorris

<b>Ty Tatws is just approx 5 miles from Fishguard</b>. Set in fourteen acres of private pasture land, 'Ty Tatws' (potato house), pronounced 'tee tatoose' is one of a small group of cottages near the tiny village of Castlemorris (o.s. map 157 grid ref. 901307).
The cottage has been created from part of one of the large barns and dates back to early 1700's.
Much attention was paid to maintaining the unique character of the original and the materials and techniques utilised in this conversion are of the highest standard with sympathetic use of stone, slate and old pine.
The cottage however, can still boast a host of modern luxuries including double glazing, storage heating, TV and a beautiful, fully equipped hand-made kitchen.
Ty Tatws provides a quiet, warm country-style, 2 bedroom dwelling with its own southerly aspect garden at the front. It nestles in rolling countryside on the fringe of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park and yet is only a few miles from the sheltered fishing cove of Abercastle and the safe clean sandy beeches of Whitesands and Newgale. Only a short drive from St. Davids or Fishguard.

5 Cottages - All of these stone cottages have been beautifully constructed to a very high standard and are set in 4 acres of land overlooking the Victorian fishing village of New Quay, one of the most picturesque towns on the Cardiganshire Heritage Coast.
The cottages are set around a courtyard with a fountain, all lit up at night, to make an evening barbecue very special.
Easy access is available to several sandy beaches, beautiful walks along the Cardiganshire coastline, and hopefully a glimpse of the dolphins, porpoises and other wildlife that graces this coast.

Dolphins and occasionally seals can be seen from the house on some days. Red Kites and choughs can be seen in the surrounding countryside. Ynys-hir RSPB reserve is about 50 minutes drive away.
