Flower Court has an excellent peaceful location in a conservation area within a few steps of Stratford town centre.
It is a ground floor maisonette with sunny sitting and dining room, one double bedroom, bathroom with shower over bath, separate fitted kitchen, within a landscaped courtyard with space to sit out and for a car.
It is a five minutes walk to theatres, the River Avon, many restaurants, shops, historic buildings, footpaths, cycle tracks and the Shakespeare Institute. It is a ten minutes walk to the markets, cinema, swimming pool, railway station and bus stops.
Stratford-upon-Avon is a market town in south Warwickshire to the north of the Cotswolds, 22 miles from Birmingham and 8 miles from Warwick.
Coventry airport is 16 miles away and Birmingham airport 20.

This comfortable cottage is located on the edge of the beautiful Cotswolds and Vale of Evesham, making it ideal for touring the hills and visiting the beautiful stone villages.<p> <b>Historic Stratford upon Avon is a approx 6 miles</b> with attractive shops, beautiful riverside park and recreation area, and, of course Shakespeare. Warwick, with its magnificent castle, Leamington Spa and Broadway are all within 15 miles with racing at Cheltenham (25 miles)
The cottage is <b>set on a quiet working farm</b> and has its own small fenced garden. There is easy access to local footpaths and also a cycle track into Stratford-on-Avon. There are a choice of pubs/restaurants within 5 miles and local village shop 1.5 miles.

| WINROSE COTTAGE, Bidford on Avon Sleeping up to 4 people
Winrose Cottage is Georgian and is situated in Bidford High Street. The rear views are delightful, looking out over the River Avon and ancient bridge, across meadows towards the distant Cotswold Hills. Despite its age it is in fact completely modern inside although the larger bedroom retains one exposed oak beam!
The French doors from the lounge open out onto a patio and a small pebbled garden with an array of colourful pots. The river is just a few feet from the garden gate. Bidford itself is a vibrant, attractive village where many like to picnic in the summer and walk along the banks of the river, fish or hire long boats.
