| PENNY'S PLACE, Kirkbymoorside Sleeping up to 2 people
Sinnington Common Farm is a working family farm with 135 acres. It is set in beautiful countryside on the edge of the North Yorkshire moors in Ryedale.
The farm offers self-catering accommodation for up to 12 people in two small
cottages sympathetically converted from farm buildings and
a detached bungalow with a large private garden.
The many farmyard animals on the farm include goats (with kids in the summer), poultry, cattle, ponies, a pot-bellied pig, friendly farm cats, ewes and lambs (pet lambs to feed at certain times of the year) and Max the hyper dog.
The owners welcome guests and invite them to bring their own pets on holiday with them, there is a picturesque farm walk with wildlife to see including foxes, hares, the occasional deer, curlews, partridge and pheasant.
Facilities vary in different properties. All have wireless internet available

| THE METHODIST CHAPEL, Saltburn Sleeping up to 2 people
This lovely cottage, formally the local chapel dates back to 1822 and is situated in the hamlet of Scaling, close to Scaling reservoir. The local pub offers good food and a friendly atmosphere and is just half a mile away.

Rosa’s cottage is situated on a working farm, half a mile from the village of Thixendale on the edge of the Yorkshire Wolds. It is a one bed roomed cottage with en-suite, lounge, kitchen. Open all year round. Ideally suited for walkers or sightseers, close to Castle Howard with easy access to York, Scarborough, Malton, Pickering and Beverley. The Wolds Way runs through the farm, offering peaceful walking, exploring miles of well marked

A few minutes car ride away is the scenic Dales National
Park. Altogether an excellent base from which to tour the

Haughside Cottage is set in mid <B>Wharfedale in the Yorkshire Dales National Park,</b> enjoying superb views of Barden Fell and the Wharf Valley with splendid riverside and <B>fell walking from the door.</b>
It's a good base for exploring Yorkshire's abundant attractions including Stump Cross, Bolton Abbey, Embsay Steam Railway, Settle to Carlisle Railway, Malham Cove, Aysgarth Falls and many more.
Haughside Cottage is also close to <b>Grassington</b> and the historic market town of <b>Skipton</b> and within reach of the Northern Dales & the North Yorkshire Moors.
Weekly bookings from April to October, short breaks will be accepted one week in advance if still available.
Short breaks available at any time between November and March.

Situated in an elevated position on the southern edge of the North York Moors National Park with panoramic views across the Vale of Pickering, Loand House Court was developed in 2005 into luxury accommodation from listed stone barns and farm buildings. Many original features have been retained.
Both cottages are spacious, light and airy with much attention to detail to provide comfortable high class accommodation all year round.
