The cottages have been comfortably and attractively furnished and are centrally heated throughout. They are situated only 10 miles from the sea and within the North York Moors National Park. Lealholm (1.5 miles) is a picturesque village with shop, pub & tea rooms. There are many pubs and visitor attractions nearby.

Sinnington Common Farm is a working family farm with 135 acres. It is set in beautiful countryside on the edge of the North Yorkshire moors in Ryedale.
The farm offers self-catering accommodation for up to 22 people in two small
cottages, large private garden and two log cabins
The many farmyard animals on the farm include goats (with kids in the summer), poultry, cattle, ponies, a pot-bellied pig, friendly farm cats, ewes and lambs (pet lambs to feed at certain times of the year), Max the hyper dog and the pet Dexter cattle.
The owners welcome guests and invite them to bring their own pets on holiday with them, there is a picturesque farm walk with wildlife to see including foxes, hares, the occasional deer, curlews, partridge and pheasant.
Facilities vary in different properties. All have wireless internet available

| COBBLE COTTAGE, Dent Sleeping up to 4 people
Cobble Cottage is situated in the beautiful village of Dent, in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. It is a charming semi-detached cottage built around 1800 in the very centre of the village.
Dent's tearooms and pubs offer quite a choice for eating out. There are several shops in Dent plus a bus service to and from Sedbergh, Oxenholme Station and Kendal.
Dent Railway station is about 4 miles from Dent Village and is situated on the famous Settle to Carlisle Railway. The Lake District and the Yorkshire Moors are only a short drive away.

Lavender Cottage is a pretty whitewashed holiday cottage occupying a very pleasant position in the coastal village of Reighton and within 4 miles of Filey, Bridlington, Scarborough and the North York Moors. Built around 1840, the cottage offers spacious accommodation and is well appointed, with original features like the chalk stone walls.
The beautiful Reighton Sands on the Yorkshire Heritage Coast are about 1 mile away. The North York Moors famed for their breathtaking beauty are a short car journey. A few miles south of Reighton is the resort of Bridlington in East Yorkshire with its busy harbour and views of Flamborough Head. Southwards and westwards from Bridlington are the Yorkshire Wolds, Beverley, Spurn Point and Kingston upon Hull.
