The cottages have been comfortably and attractively furnished and are centrally heated throughout. They are situated only 10 miles from the sea and within the North York Moors National Park. Lealholm (1.5 miles) is a picturesque village with shop, pub & tea rooms. There are many pubs and visitor attractions nearby.

Jasmine Cottage is an <b>ideal base to explore the Yorkshire Dales</b> with Masham and Leyburn only a short drive away. The Cottage is also ideally located for visits to <b>Ripon, York, Harrogate, and the North Yorkshire Moors.</b>
Yorkshire's east coast resorts of Whitby and Scarborough are also about 1 hour's drive away, and well worth a day trip out.
There are several racecourses within easy reach including Ripon, Catterick, Thirsk and York.
The village itself has an historic past with <b>Snape Castle,</b> situated at the head of the village, once reputed to have been the home of Catherine Parr.
The cottage overlooks the village green with its meandering beck, and is adjacent to the 14th century Castle Arms Inn with its range of fine ales and excellent restaurant menu.
Snape Village is just a short drive away from the market towns of <b>Bedale and Masham</b> where all amenities are available.

Comfortable and fully equipped, offering indoor heated pool (with swim jet), Spa, and Sauna exclusive to Guests. and set in extensive level grounds with sitting-out areas, herb garden, enclosed water garden with fish pond, barbecue and table tennis. In addition, provided they are appropriately insured, DIY livery facilities are available for those wishing to bring their horses or ponies with them.<p>
Surrounded by open countryside which overlooks the Vale of Pickering and Newtondale, and adjacent to Cropton Forest, our delightful village stands in the North Yorks Moors National Park. It is ideally situated for access to many stunning walks, bridleways, and cycle routes to be found in the area.<p>
A 'must' for visitors of all ages, the North York Moors Steam Railway runs from Pickering past Levisham and on through 'Heartbeat' country to Grosmont. Other places of interest include the fishing port of Whitby (20 miles) and Scarborough (20 miles) which offers beaches, family entertainment and shopping.<P>
Granary and Owl can be booked together for a party of 8. Add ‘Swift’ or ‘Mallard’ for a Party of 13 or 14 or both for a Party of 19 in total.<P>

| BRUNO'S LODGE, Kirkbymoorside Sleeping up to 4 people
Sinnington Common Farm is a working family farm with 135 acres. It is set in beautiful countryside on the edge of the North Yorkshire moors in Ryedale.
The farm offers self-catering accommodation for up to 12 people in two small
cottages sympathetically converted from farm buildings and
a detached bungalow with a large private garden.
The many farmyard animals on the farm include goats (with kids in the summer), poultry, cattle, ponies, a pot-bellied pig, friendly farm cats, ewes and lambs (pet lambs to feed at certain times of the year) and Max the hyper dog.
The owners welcome guests and invite them to bring their own pets on holiday with them, there is a picturesque farm walk with wildlife to see including foxes, hares, the occasional deer, curlews, partridge and pheasant.
Facilities vary in different properties. All have wireless internet available

Cobble Cottage is situated in the beautiful village of Dent, in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. It is a charming semi-detached cottage built around 1800 in the very centre of the village.
Dent's tearooms and pubs offer quite a choice for eating out. There are several shops in Dent plus a bus service to and from Sedbergh, Oxenholme Station and Kendal.
Dent Railway station is about 4 miles from Dent Village and is situated on the famous Settle to Carlisle Railway. The Lake District and the Yorkshire Moors are only a short drive away.

| WELL HOUSE STABLES, East Cottingwith Sleeping up to 4 people
The Well House Stables were converted in 2005 and offer two bedroom level access accommodation, which is set in a half acre of garden. The stables have some lovely features throughout the property with vaulted ceilings, beams and a stunning fireplace. It also has modern appliances and is set in a beautiful and very quiet rural village, only 12 miles from the City of York.
Situated on the edge of the Derwent Ings nature reserve which is renowned for beautiful walks, bird watching and course fishing.
Within the area there are over 5 pay and play golf courses only 20 minutes drive from the Stables, some good local pubs for food.
