Accomodation is offered with the use of the owners outdoor heated swimming pool. Situated in a sunny, private location surrounded by a pleasant garden and lawns. Adjacent is the local park with swings.

| CERI'S COTTAGE, Askrigg Sleeping up to 6 people
2 Cottages, - Elm Hill Holiday Cottages are two adjoining stone-built cottages situated on the Main Street in the unspoilt village of Askrigg which have been recently refurbished to a high standard to provide warm and comfortable accommodation. The Cottages share a private off road parking area and a patio garden.
Askrigg is <b>an attractive and friendly village in upper Wensleydale</b> with a village shop, Post Office, tearoom, 2 pubs, a restaurant and a renowned home cooked meals take away.
For the walker <b>Askrigg is the base for many excellent walks throughout the Dales</b> many of which can be linked to the regular bus service to provide longer routes.

| GREYSTONES, Kirkbymoorside Sleeping up to 6 people
Sinnington Common Farm is a working family farm with 135 acres. It is set in beautiful countryside on the edge of the North Yorkshire moors in Ryedale.
The farm offers self-catering accommodation for up to 12 people in two small
cottages sympathetically converted from farm buildings and
a detached bungalow with a large private garden.
The many farmyard animals on the farm include goats (with kids in the summer), poultry, cattle, ponies, a pot-bellied pig, friendly farm cats, ewes and lambs (pet lambs to feed at certain times of the year) and Max the hyper dog.
The owners welcome guests and invite them to bring their own pets on holiday with them, there is a picturesque farm walk with wildlife to see including foxes, hares, the occasional deer, curlews, partridge and pheasant.
Facilities vary in different properties. All have wireless internet available

Charming Victorian beamed cottage in small quiet village 4 miles from Pickering.
Built in 1869 the cottage has the original latched internal doors, is comfortably furnished and very well equipped with many homely touches. There is a large 80 foot enclosed garden at the rear of the property.
There is a village pub/restaurant which is about 5 minutes walk away.

South View is a traditional and comfortable stone cottage with a walled garden, which is situated in a quiet and friendly village, which 4 miles from Leyburn. Richmond with its castle is approx 15 miles away.
From the cottage there are stunning views over Wensleydale.
On a small green opposite is a children's play area.
The cottage provides an good base for exploring the excellent surrounding countryside. Ideal for walking, cycle paths and there is a steam line locally.

| WILSEY HOUSE, Dent Sleeping up to 6 people
Wilsey is located close to the hamlet of Gawthrop, just above the village of Dent in the picturesque valley of Dentdale. This makes it an ideal location for those wishing to explore not only the local Dales but also puts Wilsey within easy reach of the nearby Lake District.
The local rivers abound with Salmon and Trout thereby presenting anglers with plenty of opportunity. There is an array of golf courses nearby, including Sedbergh, Casterton and Kirkby Lonsdale. The nearby village of Dent with its cobbled streets is home to a fine Norman church and has strong connections with the traditional Dales hand knitting industry.
In addition to the usual cafes and convenience stores Dent is also home to two Public Houses, both of which welcome families and serve traditional ales and food. A granite fountain on the cobbled main street commemorates local geologist Adam Sedgewick, who discovered the nearby Dent Fault, which separates the limestone Dales with the shales of the Lake District.

| ALMA COTTAGE, Kirkby Malzeard Sleeping up to 6 people
Alma Cottage has a great character and is of the highest quality - ETC 4 stars. Dating back to the 18th Century, it has low beamed ceilings and stone stairs, but a high standard of modern comforts. In winter the cast-iron stove is a cosy addition to the central heating, while in summer the south-facing stone-walled garden is a real sun trap.
The village of Kirkby Malzeard is a friendly one, and guests particularly like our local pub, the Henry Jenkins, and the high-class butcher across the road. Fish and chips, a light lunch or tea, or a full evening meal are all available in our street.
The wonderful scenery of the moors and dales surrounds the village - you can hear the curlew call from our garden! Furnished to a high standard with traditional style furniture, there is a real home from home feeling. The lounge is equipped with TV; Video and DVD player for your entertainment, there is a hearing loop for those with impaired hearing.
Situated just eight miles from the stunning architecture, cobbled streets, museums, shops and cafes of York, South Newlands Farm is perfectly located for a city break enjoyed from the peace of the countryside.
The quaint market town of Selby with its world famous Abbey sits just four miles to the south, while the coast and Dales are both within easy driving distance.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement; a nominal charge of £15 is made. This does not apply to assistance dogs.
