Peggy and Rodney welcome you to Pound & Copper Cottages, in a pleasant rural area, surrounded on three sides by grass and trees. There is a fenced garden with patio table and chairs.
Furnished to a high standard with traditional style furniture, there is a real home from home feeling. The lounge is equipped with TV; Video and DVD player for your entertainment, there is a hearing loop for those with impaired hearing.
Situated just eight miles from the stunning architecture, cobbled streets, museums, shops and cafes of York, South Newlands Farm is perfectly located for a city break enjoyed from the peace of the countryside.
The quaint market town of Selby with its world famous Abbey sits just four miles to the south, while the coast and Dales are both within easy driving distance.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement; a nominal charge of £15 is made. This does not apply to assistance dogs.

This detached Barn at Holmfirth is ideally situated for walkers to explore the Holme valley and the beautiful peak district. Many walks are just outside the door of the barn. The property is located 1 mile form the village centre of Holmfirth and its famous attractions such as Sids cafe and Noras house and the very quaint Last of the summer wine museum. The Barn is a 1 minute walk from the local real ale pub, with stunning views as you walk to the pub. The local co-op store is opposite the pub and caters for everything required for a self catering holiday, as well as a local small holding offering Free Range eggs and also a friendly chat about all things Holmfirth. Cello Workshop is a beautifully converted split level holiday home just a short five minute walk from Richmond town centre. Historic Richmond North Yorkshire on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park sits on the banks of the River Swale with numerous attractions including striking Norman Richmond Castle, the Georgian Theatre Royal and a host of specialist shops, restaurants and inns around the town's central square. James Herriot country and Thirsk and the market towns of Leyburn and Northallerton are within easy reach of the property.
Formally a cattle barn and then stringed instrument workshop, Cello Workshop is around 300 years old. This character four star graded holiday home is now a spacious luxury cottage accommodating upto 6 guests.

ANSON HOUSE is a luxurious, newly built self-catering cottage on the outskirts of Malton (only 1 mile from both the railway and bus stations) yet completely surrounded by fields.
It is situated on a horse racing yard/thoroughbred stud and has been finished to a very high standard with the 27 hole golf course 150 yards (about a 7 iron) away.
There is always something in a name and Anson House is named after Avro Anson - bred, raised and raced from Star Cottage.
Avro completed two Grand Nationals, finished first in the Stayers Hurdles at Cheltenham and won a multitude of flat, hurdle and chase races for us and is still here in honorable retirement.

The cottages have been comfortably and attractively furnished and are centrally heated throughout. They are situated only 10 miles from the sea and within the North York Moors National Park. Lealholm (1.5 miles) is a picturesque village with shop, pub & tea rooms. There are many pubs and visitor attractions nearby.

<B>This newly-built town house in Whitby</B> set over three floors is situated on ‘Whitehall Landing’ on the banks of the River Esk facing the new Bridge and is a five minute level walk into the old town.
